This place is terrible. I placed an order. The tracker said it was delivered at 1ish pm. I called because it obviously wasn’t delivered. The person who answered couldn’t be bothered so said to call back later. So I did because I want a refund to order somewhere else. This time the person swore he delivered it to a different house for some reason. Tells me I should check if the neighbors have it, even though he is the delivery guy who doesn’t look at numbers on the house. Then, while I am on a conference call, and order arrived. Then, no joking, another order arrived less than a minute later. When I get off my call I check them. One is horribly cold and wet when I paid for a hot meal. I’m guessing they just found the old order at the wrong and brought it over. The hot meal was pretty much all overcooked. I should be getting my money back. This isn’t first time having issues with this place but it is definitely my last order with them.

Absolutely horrible my order was late. Waited an extra 45 minutes. When I call up there I get hung up on and completely dispersed by whoever picked up the phone. tells me that the websites wrong. It should’ve been an hour and a half to two hours. Kids was an jerk

We had to call 3 times!! once at 7pm which is when we placed the order, service was VERY slow it took him about 5 times to get the card number correct. We called in 1 hour later asking where are pizza was. They responded with “we are short staffed”. 2 hours go by and we call again. Where is our pizza?!? “oh you never placed a order, your card was declined.” Why couldn’t you say that the first time!! Manager then proceeded to give me sass saying “Oh well he called me saying he never got the card number”. When our guy who was placing are order said “have a goodnight” and said he’d be here in 40-50 minutes. We then had to replace the order. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!!

Very poorly made sandwiches. I ordered one Cheese steak sandwich and one Mediterranean sandwich, both are disappointing, to say the least. Bitter and burnt will describe them best. I had no meat in my steak sandwich and there were four spinach leaflets & 3 banana peppers in my Mediterranean sandwich. If it could even be called a sandwich. For 7.48 $ all I got from this Domino’s store was burnt sandwich bread. Thoroughly, disappointing. Will not be ordering anything from here again for sure.

3rd time I tried to order this week, first two times I ordered at the end I get told they are doing carry out only. Tonight, I get charged, then get a phone call, the don’t have any pan crust and can’t do delivery. My money will be refunded in 2 to 3 business days. So many problems with this place and corporate offers you a free pizza at their cost of $3.00. The franchisee needs to pay better and corporate needs to hold them more accountable.

The last three times I’ve ordered from this location my pizza dough has been raw, even after making a request for it to be cooked well done due to previous orders. They also consistently mess up our order by either not giving us the extra sauces / icing we payed for or by delivering the wrong order all together. I usually don’t leave negative reviews or complain but I’ve been wronged to many times at this location. I typically love getting Domino’s and hope to see an improvement someday from this location.
