I am a frequent customer of the Mount Airy Dominos. I have seen a red headed girl with a Dominos uniform driving a Silver Toyota with a busted headlight at a significantly high rate of speed and swerving over the yellow line to pass people multiple times. Once on Main Street, once on Prospect, and twice on 27. This behavior is unacceptable and endangers everyone around the town. I’ve called the police twice, and the store three times now and they just say they will look into it. I have 2 boys and a daughter all under the age of 13 and this sort of thing infuriates me. I wouldn’t be making this complaint if it wasn’t so frequent. Something must be done or I will continue to boycott the business.

Five days ago, I ordered from Domino’s Mt. Airy for the first time. Both customized pizzas, cinnamon twists and stuffed feta tasted very good. However, on BBQ Chicken pizza two ordered ingredients (bacon and pineapple) were missing. My son, who “customize his pizza” was very disappointed. I left feedback describing the problem with my order but didn’t hear from Domino’s.

We were having trouble ordering online and wanted to order our usual which is the 19.99 perfect combo deal. I called the store to explain my problem and give my order over the phone. The manager, Daniel, went above and beyond to make it work since that deal is only available online. Kudos to Daniel for the great customer service he provided and his pleasant personality. Thank you and can’t wait to dive into our pizza!

I am a resident of MT Airy and usually I do not even write comments very oftern,, however I have to respond to the treatment I received from the Manager (Daniel) at Domino’s in MT Airy. He called me with a harsh and unprofessional tone about the tip amont I put for the driver for the delivery based on the price that I spent for the order. I asked him was there a specific amount I should give and he stated no but for the quantity I was spending his tone was very unprofessional and he said you have a nice day and hung up on me. When I called him back about his behavior he denied hanging up on me and we had to go back and forth several times before he cancelled my order. I will NEVER order from that location again, and if he is a Manager that represents Domino’s, than SHAME on Domino’s and I am sure they will suffer in the future as Customer Service is Key to business success today.

Good pizza for the price; however, they say that if they take longer than 2 minutes to deliver it to your car from the time you’re there and it’s ready, you get a free pizza. They stopped the clock at 1 minute and after another 4 minutes of me waiting in my car, I had to go in to get it myself. Stop offering car side delivery and offering a free a pizza if you’re just going to cheat and stop the clock and not even deliver it.

So the Domino’s guy rang my doorbell. By the time I walked from my living room to my front door he was in his car pulling out of the driveway and my order was sitting on my chair in the front yard. The next time he delivers for me I’m going to be waiting so him and I can discuss this like men.
