Worst experience ever! They got the wrong order that I placed online and made the pizza without any toppings. Instead of fixing, kept arguing saying can’t do anything because the online order was wrong. The manager at the end got rude and started warming up the toppings in a plate to give those to me. Who even does that?

the pizza crust was hard and the pizza wasn’t good so we called the store and they gave us no refund and did not remake the pizza, on the phone they said they would, then when we arrived the manager was rude and disrespectful to us.

I’ve been ordering from this Domino’s location for the past 7 years. Mostly, delivery. There were couple hiccups, but nothing too bad. Wrong items, late deliveries and since my wife and I used to work in food/customer service , everything was forgiven. Specialty pizzas are actually really good, however their customer service is bad, really bad. Nobody greets you when you walk in, guy who was at the counter just walked away. Instead there was a guy who raised his finger and told me to wait. After getting my order, I thanked him and he just turned around and walked away. Since this is our last order from Domino’s, we wish you good luck.
