We have been ordering pizza at this Domino’s for years now. We never have any issues with them or the pizzas. However, every time we ordered the pineapples only, they did a poor job of spreading the pineapples even when I doubled the pineapples. I get it. Pineapples are not an everyday pizza people would order, but they still need to take care of the customers.

Ordered online at 7:50pm. Asked for the pizza to be baked “well done”. Order tracker IMMEDIATELY went to “Quality Check”. Seemed odd but didn’t think about it; maybe a glitch, maybe they accidentally hit a button. Pizza arrived at 8:05. 15 minutes for a well done pizza and I live 6 minutes away. The Pizza looked as if it had been sitting for hours and was cold. Called to demand a refund. The refund was issued and then they charged me for 5 dollars less than the original amount. I’m now having to dispute this second charge with my bank. Stay tf away from this place.

I placed an order online. When I got there I could tell something was wrong, as soon as they pulled my order. The kid who grabbed my order started talking to the other guy while staring at the receipt. The other guy shrugged his shoulders. That’s when the kid said something else and the guy shrugged again. He then told the kid to give me the order. Of course I looked at it. They had messed up. One didn’t have extra pepperonis and the other was ordered uncut, but was cut. I asked, “is this the order you were just talking to him about”? He said no. Really!?!? He then asked if I wanted it remade… Yes. I told him he only needed to remake the one that was supposed to be uncut. The other guy immediately got an attitude. He yelled to the back saying someone needed to come work the oven since he had to deal with remakes… RUDE!!

Great local franchise for carry out and delivery. They support the local high schools and honor the specialty coupons (buy one get one, even extra large). Pizza places are all convenient, but this made it cheap and local too.

i eat pizza once every few years as an emergency food. This place is the only fast order-to-pickup place in the neighborhood after Chinese restaurants so I think it’s fair with its cheap coupon deals. I wouldn’t order anything more than a basic pizza because pizzas are actually worse than other locations. This place opens later than other places so not the worst place.

Ordered from the app, status was updated to ready for pickup after 15 min. Arrived at the store and was told order was not ready. Another 15 minutes of waiting in store and finally a hot headed worker hands me my pizza which was sitting right in front of him all the time. The pizza was cold to touch already, but they insisted it was made a minute ago. Sometimes it’s just a matter of saying “sorry we screwed up”. Not a delightful experience.

I LOVE this Domino’s branch. They are so incredible. They always do such a great job. We used to live outside of the delivery area and we finally moved to an area where they service. In over a year we have ordered here, and there has only been a handful of times that we had a minor issue with the order. We like our pizza super-done, and it’s hard to find that “medium” but I know that this Domino’s has found it! We will continue to be dedicated customers, just as we were to the Domino’s branch off of Rolling Road that we adored so much. Well, I’m so glad we have another Domino’s that cares about us just as much. We look forward to being long-time customers!

Such a bad experience ,manager took the order. being thas is Friday they are in a rush, Wait about 35 minutes. And I still got the my order wrong. Manager had the attitude Not to care about my order. I will never go to this location again
