I actually have nothing wrong to say about this location. I’ve picked up food from here about 5 times now within the past 3 months. I’ve had pleasant experiences all times. At the store I was always promptly greeted and helped and the store has always been clean. The associates are always friendly and the food is always fresh and tastes great for Domino’s.

I don’t like leaving disappointing reviews. I enjoy raving about businesses. However, customer service seems to be of lowest priority for this store or not a priority at all. I have ordered several times from this Dominos because it’s the nearest. Service has been been poor in the past but it’s only gotten worse. I think they have received so many complaints that they don’t even try anymore. It usually takes 2 hours for delivery, and sadly, the drivers usually confirm that they completed a delivery in the app before they actually deliver. Once, I waited one hour for my pizza, after it showed as “delivered.” One of the drivers, Ahmad, often calls ahead to ask me to come down to his car to get my pizza(Why tip if I can’t get my pizza delivered to me?). The store does not answer the phone because they know customers are disgruntled by their service. They don’t give customers offers or discounts when they mess up orders (which is regularly). This store just doesn’t care. I generally like Dominos but will have to start ordering Papa John’s. At least their drivers deliver and their store answers the phone.

They goofed up my order. I did not discover until I reached home. And of course the store does not answer the phone. I had to go back to the store and get them to redo my order. Staff is polite but their management seems immature and unable to run the operations properly.

I ordered from here too many times to count in the last 2 months and I have no complaints with the Friday evening staff. Great customer service inside for pick up and has been consistent hot and cheesy pizza.

We were waiting pizza 50 minutes while sitting the dining room. But pizza was already ready and getting cold. Employee said we have to pick up own but not all people know about their stuped policy. At least they should call once by customer’s name when pizza ready. I never come back any of Domino again.

I am a regular guest at this location and I generally get the same items every time. Handmade Pan Pizza, Bone-In Wings, Pasta Primavera, And Lava Cake. My only issues would be; 1. The Bone In Wings used to come nicely covered in sauce. My past few orders have come with the wings having a scarce amount drizzled on. When I asked for more sauce on the wings I was told I would have to pay for an additional sauce, Which I should not have to do if the wings were covered properly. Especially when I’m already paying an additional for the extra side of ranch/ blue cheese) 2.There is no button for extra veggies in the Pasta Primavera online. It always comes with a scarce amount of mixed veggies, So I usually call in and have them add the extra veggies in, which I have done serval times at no additional charge. However with my most recent order I was told I would be charged an additional $4 for extra veggies and was ask which one I specifically wanted add extra off. When I expressed my grievances nothing was done to address the issue. Being a regular guest who is also in the service industry and a great tipper, I feel under appreciated and hope this location will one day get back to higher standards.

Last time I give these guys a shot. They constantly say the order is delivered and bring it cold 20 minutes late. Today they did the same thing and this time brought the wrong pizzas. Try to call them and you will never get off hold. Do anything else.
