I had to dispose of half of my order. I haven’t ordered from Domino’s pizza for almost five years now. With this experience I will definitely won’t order from this store never again. I always order from papa’s and wanted to give this a try. Right after eating pizza and some other items there – 20 minutes and had to run to the bathroom. My stomach was in pain and well you know how that goes. I couldn’t sleep all night because ha dto run to the toilet about 10 times during the night. I went to sleep at 2:20 after taking some lemon water and baking soda.

Bad customer service, the female that answered the phone had a very bad attitude. I tried to explain that my order was under cooked, the guy she was talking to said that he know for a fact that it wasn’t. Meanwhile I’m holding raw chicken wings in my hand. This is the second time that my order was messed up. If I could give no stars I would.

I always get delivery with these guys, always on time, fresh hot food, always get coupons from them and the drivers have always been friendly, beat and courteous. This is how it’s supposed to be. Food is always good, folks it us delivery okay and it us a chain, they do try hard. I’m from Chicago and when I dont have time to make my own deep dish then I hit these guys up for some pie.

I called the store around 10:20pm trying to explain to whoever that their website is messing up & that I’ve been trying to order for pass 20min. He told me that the owner probably closed the website for the night because i haven’t gotten an order in 2hrs. So i told him that I’m about to order since they close at 11pm. & he kept repeating himself saying he’s still closing the store.
