The manager, Jonathan, is quite aggressive and rude when you call. The phone rang for such a long time before he finally answered. It’s like he was blatantly waiting for me to hang up. One of the drivers goes out of his way to ignore instructions which led to my food being inedible. He left it at the door and deliberately failed to knock so my food sat at the door for so long ants took over it. Receiving a refund and telling me the manager will be trained on better customer service is simply not enough. There should be repercussions for both Jonathan and the driver. Nothing substantial is being done about this terrible management or service. We will never order from this Domino’s again. See pics for pictures of ants around my food.

This will be my last time ordering from here! Thought after the last time I ordered I would give it one more chance but nope! Delivery took up to an hour. I understand if you all are short on drivers but to never answer the phone or just call a customer to let them know what is going on is terrible service to me. Did not even get the marinara sauce with the garlic twist either 🙁 No apologies when pizza got delivered, nothing. Does not seem to be an issue of just the driver situation, it’s the lack of customer service as well. No more Domino’s for us!

Terrible Customer service from the delivery driver and the manager Johnathan. Delivery instructions were not followed by the driver which made food not edible. A complaint was made to the manager over the phone. The first mistake the manager did not do was apologize. I own a business and the first thing you do is apologize even if you weren’t wrong. The driver informed the manager they followed instructions but unfortunately they were not followed. We don’t recommend Dominos in Dahlgren.

Today was the worst service from Dalgren King George Domino’s. We ordered at 11:43 am received notice around noon our pizza was pulled out of the oven.. no call, no more notifications.. we called at 12:50 pm and was told what was going on that Dalgren was taken care of king george customers. We were told our pizza was going out next and that they were making us a fresh new pizza. I canceled the order at 1:43 pm.. the driver showed up at 2:20 pm. They never called to tell him it was canceled. Poor way to treat your customers and drivers.

made order they would not let me order what i wanted because i was paying cash , i talked to manager she said they will not let you order more than 25.00 because the drivers don’t carry cash ??! so they try to make you use a card !!! Horrible management bad customer service would not recommend the rob you will never order there again and i have two to three times a week , will buy frozen pizza first

I buy from here occasionally and I’ve had stuff forgotten like a drink or something but I do recieve it eventually. But this last time I ordered used my cc and gave a cash tip like normal. I wasn’t asked to sign anything.Two days later I checked my bank I was over charged. So I called dominoes. They said they had a signed receipt with a tip written in. So the delivery driver signed and gave herself another tip. watch these drivers if you order from them.

My family stopped ordering from this store the last 2 times we’ve ordered delivery it took an hour and a half to receive the order. Don’t order feta cheese as a topping for pizza you’ll be lucky to see 3-4 chunks on the whole pie.

Online order placed at 8:45 pm. Email states 49-59 minutes. 9:50 pm I called to inquire as to status (online status indicated it was quality checked at 8:56 pm). Told they are short drivers but it should be delivered “shortly”. No time estimate given. Patiently wait. 10:15 pm – still no pizza delivered. Called again – got same story. Wife talked to them and while it is understood about the short staffing, 90 minutes is unacceptable. Was told the funds will be refunded and pizzas delivered. It’s now10:54 pm and still no pizza.

I ordered a pizza from this location. I’m in my third trimester and my car was broken down so I hadn’t been able to get groceries or drive to a takeout place. As anyone who lives here knows there are not many delivery options. This was literally my only source of a hot meal on this particular day. It was about noon and I hadn’t eaten a meal yet. They delivered my pizza to the wrong address and didn’t bother to inform me. I got angry on the phone and I explained my situation and why I needed the food I ordered and paid for (with a pre-emotive good faith large tip for no contact delivery) and that being pregnant and unable to drive to get lunch this was it for me. The woman on the phone used the information I gave her to say she would deny ever delivering food to my house again. There is something really twisted about a person finding out they are the only food source for a pregnant woman who needs it to either avoid passing out or vomiting, and then taking obvious pleasure in withholding said food from the person. I don’t have patience for childish games like that and I think it’s twisted and sick. I hope she never had to know what that feels like. No one should order from here. I paid a large tip in advance for no contact delivery and eventually the delivery driver showed up with my frigid cold pizza and repeatedly rang the doorbell which I said not to. I ordered no contact because I’m high risk for Covid. Overall disgusting character and service all around.
