Super Slow. Every employee seems to only have one speed.. no matter how busy they are. Have been told on more than one occasion that a carryout order would be over an hour and 45 minutes longer (after we have arrived to pickup).. when that happens, we cancel and have them refund. Beyond ridiculous…We’ve tried this dominos multiple times. Food is good but on top of the slow service, several times we have gotten home and pizza does not have correct toppings and/or the pizza has not even been cut – Do better.

This place is disgusting compared to other Domino’s. I know we’re in the country but that doesn’t mean we deserve subpar quality. I don’t know if they keep their oven too hot or what but they burn everything to a crisp. They can’t follow directions and always make things wrong. Worst part is they fight with you over it when it’s plain to see the order is incorrect. Probably because no one in there is over the age of 18 accept the manager. Took over 10 minutes for him to come out of the back to help us get our pizza remade. Why did I need a manager for an incorrect item to be remade I don’t know. Meanwhile there are five or six children making pizzas couldn’t be out of middle school they are so young I’m assuming all 16. They had no idea what to do or how to help me except tell me to wait for their boss. So I beg of you don’t go to this place go anywhere else unless you want Burnt disgusting wrongly made food that you have to fight over to get corrected. I work too hard everyday to have to fight over food I’m paying for to be made the way I asked for it and it’s not even a special request just what’s on the menu………..

The first delivery driver came with the wrong order, was super nice about everything. I called the store to make sure I was still going to get my order as it showed “Delivered” on the app – he assured me it would be coming. My (apparently original) order was delivered followed by the delivery of the remake. All 3 of the drivers and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone were very polite and helpful. Wonderful customer service.

Honestly I order online and the drivers are always so nice and courteous. The only issue I have ever had is the extra sauses I ordered not being in the bag. But if you review the app and mention it, they do their best to remember it. I think they have the best pan and hand tossed out of any chain pizza place.

A friend of ours gave us a pack of gift cards to buy our large family dinner. We’ve been going through hard times, and I thought it was a sweet gesture. I tried to order some pizzas, but I was told I could only use 2 gift cards at a time. That only amounts to $20 out of the $60 – that can’t even get 3 large pizzas. It was explained to me that I could use more gift cards if I came into the store to buy the pizza. What kind of absurd policy is this? The money put on the gift cards is worth more in person than over the phone? I tried to get Domino’s Customer Service to combine the value of the cards into one, so I could use that card on an order, but they said it wasn’t possible. Clearly, Domino’s doesn’t care about their customers, so I will buy my pizza elsewhere from now on.

Domino’s has really good pizza but the reason for the 2 stars is because it’s good. However, they do NOT deliver pizza to 4 Winds Gold Club. When I am staying at my place in 4 Winds and want a pizza and am willing to pay delivery fee and they are less than 13 miles from where I am at, they should deliver. I recommend pick up. The pizza is very good but I had to give them only 2 stars because I am hungry and want some pizza and they are NOT that far away but they are NOT willing to cater to their customers. They have an opportunity to get some other customers here but they are NOT willing to bring me a pizza that I would gladly pick up at the gate and give them a good tip. Therefore, 2 stars for you and I will NOT be recommending delivery to anyone.

My people were singing Christmas songs, I just love this place, as good of a mood you’re already in to get pizza anyway, they were pumping up the holidays..I might do pizza everyday till Christmas from the excitement I got. Thank this crew for being awesome, and I don’t give reviews like this unless really earned!! My new favorite pizza place, even after I added stuff late in the order which was my fault they were very happy!!! Place a radio in this place and we have a party!!!

Michael, one of the managers is so unprofessional and one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. How he even has a job is beyond me. He certainly doesn’t know how to talk to people with any professional tone or manners. I will never spend my money at this location again.
