Will not order from this store again. They have not put extra sauce on my pizza for 3 times that I requested it. I even called this last time and the person on the phone said “I put a whole ladle of sauce on it”. She flat lied for no reason at all. Just remake the pizza. Obviously, she doesn’t care about keeping customers.

The manner of me being told my order would be ready in 20 minutes and me arriving seeing that it isn’t, I stated I’ll just get my money back and they said it’ll be ready in 10, work on her order now. Came back in 10, got home and the pizza looked fine but it was very much doughy. Rushing to get my order didn’t fix the problem and then realizing once I got home they cared more about it appearing that they cared with time rather than knowing their job to allow something to cook fully. Very disappointing.

Complete laziness. If you can’t complete the order in a timely manner then don’t accept them, or at least give an accurate delivery time. A hour and a half after it was ordered they hadn’t even started preparing it. Stop mething around out back by the dumpster and do your job…

I order here online for in store pickup when going to a friend’s house. Order is done by the estimated time and has always been delicious. The only issue I’ve had with this location is drink availability, which is not a deal breaker. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

ordered delivery, a hour later some girl calls to tell me that it’s going to be a additional two hours before someone can deliver my pizza. I order from dominoes at least weekly. I have had several situations where this girl calls to tell me that there’s some reason why my pizza can’t be delivered. The last excuse was that “I was outside of the delivery area “…. Mind you that I get weekly deliveries.

Firstly, I ordered online, I arrived before pickup, and waited for my food to be notified as completed. I went inside the shop, and out of eight employees who were there, not a single one greeted, asked to help, or even acknowledged the customer’s presence in the shop. It was very clear that they were extremely busy that day, so extra wait time is obviously understandable, but the 100% lack of customer service or acknowledgment was unprofessional. There were four other people inside the shop along with me, and most of them had been standing there for quite a while, with again zero acknowledgment from any employee on staff. Our only saving grace was when a delivery driver, came in to get his next order, he asked if we had been helped, and when we said we had not, he paused his next delivery to quickly help the people inside the shop waiting. One of the customers, who had been waiting in the shop, his order had been sitting on the shelf since the time he had arrived, which was 45 minutes prior to my entry, and until the delivery driver asked if we needed help, it just sat waiting to be called out. His food was barely warmer than room temperature by the time he was able to retrieve it from the employees. The other two people’s orders were sitting as well on the counter, but not as long. Everything had been completed and put together, but no employee had the common sense to ask the customers what they could help them with, and get their orders out the door. It was very disappointing, and a few people will not continue going back to this location due to the continuous lack of communication, and lack of effort on the employees parts. One guy who is on the conveyor belt (employee), grabbed the pizza with his bare hands coming out of the oven and moved it to the next location, granted so it did not fall on the floor and need to be remade, but he had no gloves nor hand protection on and I had watched him wipe his face multiple times to get the sweat out of his eyes. Definitely lacked hygiene, and in a time as such you would assume that people would be more precautionary.
