Ordered large order over the phone. Was charged more than the carryout special that was available. Came for pickup. Given 10 less pizzas than ordered. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes. 200 people were waiting.

This isn’t the average Domino’s!!! I’ve never been able to get consistently good pizza but this dominos location has hit the nail on the head every single time. The pizza always gets to me still super fresh and always better than expected! They have also done amazing things in Bridgewater and it’s weird that as a big brand they actually seem to care.

Received less than their best last night. Did not have extra cheese on my pizza after paying more as a second topping. Also, I’m not sure what happened to the cinnamon twists but they definitely were not treated equal. At least 4 different sizes out of an 8 piece, the skinny ones being hard, and a few different shapes, some just blobs. They were also extremely greasy, soaking through the box, even staining the box below.

It’s 12/28/2022. We received bad wings. Like sour bad. I have been a line cook for several years and am servsafe certified. No one on shift was as certified. They refused a refund for only the wings. As the pizza and salad were fine and left home. Disappointed to say the least. We won’t be using them again. We didn’t have this issue with the dominos in the other states we’ve lived in.

Ordered a Philly steak with no cheese. Recieved a Philly steak with no cheese, no meat on one side and very little on the other. I guess there was no room for it due to the over abundance of green peppers. Took a pic, but it won’t let me post it smh. When you have to work on your birthday, so you decide to order pizza the next day and get handed a “bag of sauce” and then enthusiastically drive home with day dreams of your favorite food dancing in your head, just to get home and disappointedly open your bag of sauce to find yucky ranch dressing instead of the garlic sauces you paid for. ♂️ And to top if off, after you call the store the person that answers the phone asks you, the customer, what can we do to fix it? I haven’t a clue, maybe offer a bit more confidence in the fact that you will take care of me next time instead of just hoping that it’ll be rectified the next time I order.

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s well over a dozen times in the last year and I’ve never had a bad experience, and in my opinion they surpass every Domino’s I’ve ate at, they gave me the wrong pasta today and showed up a half hour later with what I ordered without me even asking.
