I’ve ordered from this location several times and it’s always… Okay. When I ordered this time though, my one pizza was completely messed up. It literally looked like someone shook the box, three pieces were on top of each other and we couldn’t even put it back together right, it looked like random pieces thrown in the box. I called the restaurant to get refunded for the messed up pizza and was told they would remake it or give me a coupon for next time. I told them I’m not ordering again so please refund my money

Ordered never arrived though it showed on tracker as delivered; immediately called and was promised that driver would call us on the way to correct; driver never called, so we had to call back again, was told that driver went back and the pizza was gone and that driver disputed it was the incorrect house, had to speak to 2 people over 2 additional phone calls to get the charge cancelled after waiting 45 minutes for no pizza.

Shout-out to my local manager (on 250 in Crozet, across from HT). It’s our go-to pizza place (don’t judge me) and tonight it was really great. The only reason I gave only four stars is that there was an issue with the order. However, the manager made good, even beyond what he should have done. Much appreciated.

I like the pan pizza and service is usually quick when you place online order. My main thing is they don’t use multiple slicers so my chicken pizza ends up with stuff I am allergic to in it, no matter if I let them know or not. I have been told after each pizza they clean the slicer but not true when you have sausage in your chicken pizza and have to give it away!!

Unfortunately, I have had consistently bad delivery service on the last three occasions. To be fair, this was a different driver on each occasion. A salad that was brown an wilted on one occasion, someone else’s pizza on another occasion and a missing drink, and half of what I paid for today. When I called back and complained three strikes you’re out, they bad mouthed the driver saying it was his fault. I asked that they please do not re-send the driver and they sent the poor kid out again. To top it off, when I was eating the pizza that arrived without the rest of the order, I found someone’s hair on my pizza. What has happened to service? During the pandemic, they quietly raised menu prices a few dollars on specialty pizzas, and served much more than not so fresh salads. Domino’s is overpriced, and under serviced. I just wish Crozet pizza delivered.

Updated review – I still miss having a Pizza Hut out here, but in a pinch this Domino’s works. I get their Italian sandwich pretty often. Some employees are definitely better at making it than others. They are always nice though, even when they are busy.

This Dominos is such a great place to get food from and such a positive atmosphere to walk into. Everybody greets you at the door and makes it their mission to help you as soon as possible. You can see and hear the teamwork and positive vibes the people inside radiate. The drivers are always quick and respectful people. Also any time i have ever had questions or anything the manager has always been super helpful and just the friendliest person.
