I have always liked Domino’s pizzas, garlic bread twists and chocolate lava crunch cake, but this time I tried the specialty chicken – spicy jalapeno pineapple and was blown away by it! It was so freaking good, I’m having it again. I also had the boneless chicken wings but was not particularly impressed by it. Definitely recommend the specialty chicken.

Nice pizza. If only they’d have read the instructions clearly that I ordered a pie-cut instead of square cut. Otherwise, no complaints. I love their pizzas. It was fresh and hot when it was delivered.

Never using Domino’s again. Order calls go to incompetent call center and this site’s personnel were abrupt and hurried… Which says undermanned.

Terrible experience. Pizza was terrible – cold and bad. Took over 90 min to get a simple delivery. Will NEVER order from this Store again. Nice app. Showed I was last on the deliver schedule to make sure pizza was cold.

Ordered at 6:15, received email that it would take around 30-40 minutes. Checked the tracker around 7:00 and it indicated my order was delivered, but it wasn’t. I called the store and they told me it was delivered to another address. (They did not text or email to let me know there was a problem.) Talked to the manager and he had no remorse whatsoever and simply said they would remake the order when they could. Finally got the order almost 2 hours after placed and the pizzas showed up with cheese all over the place. We don’t have extremely high standards for take out, but with Dominoes marketing their “make it right” campaign this was very disappointing.

they don’t ever answer the phone, they make it harder to order pizza. instead of just calling and ordering by phone, Domino’s want you to order online, customers have to do all the work by going online, creating account,. it takes too long to order online , instead of just using touching the saved number on your phone and telling them what you want. online is slow takes more times 15 minutes , and you can make your own pizza at home in 20 minutes or call papa jones they take order over the phone.

This was a great experience since being in Richmond. Usually something is wrong with my order or the quality isn’t great for the items but this location was some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! Also. The gentleman at the front was wonderful and quick to help me. Very kind and enjoy the experience.
