We ordered our free pizza online and it directed it to this location. A few minutes afterward they called us and told us they needed to cancel the order that we needed to order it from the closer location which the website would not allow us to do. When I tried to get them to figure out a way around our problem the manager was called and I started talking to the manager and they hung up on me. Not really thinking that’s good customer service

If i could give 0 stars i would. Called to see after an hour and a half where my 80$ order was. I was told sorry only got 2 drivers, want me to cancel it? No i want my food and it to be fresh . once it got here it was terrible. Cheese dried completely out. Pasta dry and burnt. Wings not even tossed. So much grease the box ripped. Upon calling back i was told… Ill resend them out. Ummm you couldnt get it right the first time. Let alone the second. All you had to do was communicate and make sure the food was hot.

Horrible experience last night. Rude staff. Don’t pick up their phone. Don’t deliver what you ordered and expect you to come pick up the remaining parts while giving you attitude. No refund of delivery fee when you have to go pick it up because of their poor quality control. Manager refused to speak to us. Contacted corporate. Been going here for 5 yrs and never had such a terrible experience.

They have picked up the phone only to leave us on hold until they hang up MULTIPLE TIMES. On multiple days. The customer service is embarrassingly awful, and I see absolutely no reason why it has to be this terrible.

My children live in Williamsburg and I’ll treat them to delivery every now and then and when ordered pizza Pizza Hut said they couldn’t do it called Domino’s so I called Domino’s to be honest with you it’s actually expensive it was like two pizzas for like 60 bucks it was almost ridiculous I know the dollar’s not worth as much but it’s like come on bro how are you going to have a 599 meal and I ordered two pizzas in like they came to like 50 bucks I just thought it was kind of pathetic and their pizza’s not that good I don’t know of a pizza that’s worth 25 bucks to be honest with you your piece is not so good I can’t go to food Lion and buy a pizza
