I just had the worst experience I have ever had with Dominos and in general. I ordered a pizza and not only was it burnt the first time but the order wasn’t even correct. We called and allowed them to replace it… the replacement was way undercooked and incredibly doughy. At this point we were frustrated and didn’t want another replacement when the first two were horrible. We called and the manager was incredibly rude to us. He said that my pizza wasn’t burnt and that the second one was fine and pretty much that I’m lying. He offered a credit and we made it clear that we did not want a credit because we would not be eating there again. He then said there was no way to refund us based on how long ago we had ordered the pizzas….. it had been less than two hours since we placed our order! He then told me he was busy and had to go. He stated that he would not refund us but would send another replacement but would have the driver pick ours up. He said if not every single slice was in the box he would charge us again for the replacement that we made clear we didn’t even want. Also the slices we took a bite out were in the trash but the rest of the pie untouched. He then said there was no possible way he would refund us and if there was anything else he could do…. I stated that I wanted his name to report how incredibly rude he was to me to the corporate office. He then said to once more in a rude manner that he wasn’t giving me his name (pretty sure it was Mike or started with an M). Please see the pictures below of the burnt and doughy pizzas I received this evening. The pizzas were horrible but this guy was far worse!

Just wanted to give a shout-out to the nighttime manager! My pizza is ALWAYS delicious, fresh & hot! he definitely deserves a raise especially since he’s there all by himself! We need more people like him in the pizza businesses for sure! Great job bud 🙂

I can say this particular Domino’s is on point. The pizza is always hot and fresh. They are accurate in their timing on the app. Honestly it’s hard to consider “real” italian place pizza because of the price difference for very little quality difference. Their coupons are so reasonable it doesn’t make sense to cook a frozen pizza either. Definitely consider this Domino’s if you are nearby.

Worst dominos I have ever been to. There food is definitely not made to standards and top of that, they gift extra meat in your food which is insects or flies. Yes you heard that right, my pasta had flies in it. On top of it, there customer service is pathetic then there food.

I ordered delivery around 3:10 pm. Didn’t get the pizza until 5:pm. The food was cold burnt and soggy was not able to enjoy it. What a waste .. I don’t believe they send this pizza out
