Just got my pizzas & I wished they looked half as beautiful as the ads or ones I’ve gotten at Dominos in Norfolk!! I ordered a large Pep & large Philly style— both were terrible! I’ve seen better pizzas cooked in the oven at home! Both were bubbled & overly greasy ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ I left a complaint on FB under their ad & corporate responded promptly. Got a call from the Mgr advising 1 free pizza for my feedback— Wow— anyway, went to get that pizza & I was met w/the same poor quality pizza as the 1st! At this point I will NEVER return to that location or even consider Dominos again! Half off giving me half the quality— shame —please see the attached pics

Used to love this place, and was excited about online ordering. But they charged me TWICE. after writing down a tip, my supposed to be 36 was charged, then later was charged another 38. Not ordering this way again. And the stuffed breads and pizzas have been nothing but dough, barely anything else. The last couple times I ordered it would be an hour, app saying they were quality checking or it’s baking, then after said hour, they’d call and ask if I can pick it up. I chose delivery being unable to drive, no I can’t pick it up and it would be a “4 hour wait time” at 8pm. It’s happened multiple times. Definitely choosing somewhere else from now on.

I ordered a single medium pizza last week. I ordered online and the website said 30-40 min delivery time. 30 min later the website tells me that my pizza is in the oven. 30 minutes after that my pizza leaves the store. The driver then leisurely drives across god’s creation for another 30 minutes.

Delivery was an hour late, ordered hawaiian pizza and all it had was cheese and pineapple no ham or peppers. Buffalo chicken bites were drowning in half pound of cheese. Cheese bread with jalapeno and bacon was more cheese than anything. Horrible waste of money.

Just picked up our pizza, and NEVER had a bad experience at any other Dominos, but this place I guess thought it was acceptable to send out a half burnt pizza, not even cut or anything! We couldn’t eat it, it was so hard. We called the manager and without apology just tells us to bring it back. So that means we have to drive all the way back up there with hungry people waiting and sit and wait for them to remake something that should’ve never left the store. Sad excuse for a restaurant and manager. If they wouldn’t eat it, then why would anyone else?!?

I ordered Buffalo wings and received barbecue, called to see if I can get what I had ordered and she said “we actually ran out of Buffalo” I proceeded to ask that why wasn’t I informed, she said we called you. Did not have a single missed call, she said she can’t do anything about it. What kind of pizza place is this? Do not recommend. At all.

They always seem to cut my pizza unevenly, but this time was just really sad. Not only was it cut wrong there are sections that are just bread and tomato sauce is visible everywhere, I don’t think I’ll be going here again.

They’re understaffed here. The workers are doing their best and are very polite but they need help. I’m a former restaurant manager and this place reeks of poor management. Replace the GM, staff properly, and watch these guys kill it.
