Ordered 2 medium pizzas with pepperoni and extra cheese. The order was ready when I arrived to pick it up. But if this is extra cheese I would hate to see regular cheese. That’s just dough in the middle of the photo.

Ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and pizza and lava cake. First of all lava cake; I ordered 1 and I got charged for 3 and received 3 she even confirmed the order with me and there she mentioned 1 lava cake. Then chicken Alfredo pasta had very little pasta not even half full definitely not worth the money and then ordered 2 garlic dips with it and I received 2 but it was just oil not garlic dip at all. I drive truck and could not take the truck to the store otherwise would have definitely went back. I asked for delivery charge they said something else on the phone and when I saw the bill I was charged for a higher amount. Definitely not ordering from them again.

The heavy set lady that is always on duty has a nasty attitude. Always looks bothered if you talk to her. There is a timer for them to bring car side out so of course the timer ran out because she was taking too long. You get free pizza with next order when I mentioned it to her she said she knows nothing about that. And as I’m STILL talking to her she walks away. I just don’t get it if you don’t like your job why work there. I couldn’t believe she was literally acting like that.

Basically, the staff didn’t feel like making our order. We did an online order specific to this location. We were told we couldn’t do car side because those hours were over, but we could do carry out still. We paid online for the order at 11:20 pm, and were told the lobby closed at 11:30 pm but we can pick our order up at the door because they are open until midnight. We got a cancellation notice at 11:30 pm. When we called to speak to somebody, we were told that they closed, we verified the times and that they were still supposed to be open, and what we were told online about this specific location. When we pressed and asked when they stop taking orders they hesitated and told us at 10pm. We told them about the website hours and they then said the kitchen wasn’t closed but they “just weren’t taking any orders right now”

I ordered Alfredo pasta no chicken and had a little pasta in the bottom. Got home had chicken had to go back to the store and they made it but there wasn’t hardly any sauce on the pasta and a little pasta in the bottom. Definitely not ordering from them anymore. Not worth the money.
