Pizzas were perfectly made and tasted great. Good job, Casey! Ashley delivered directly and quickly, too. I watched the progress app on and off while waiting and, for this store in the Valley Gateway shopping center close to Kroger’s, the timing on the app is fairly accurate. Today the Domino’s website (which is how I ordered) would not function for me to leave a review at the bottom of the order page. Therefore, I decided to leave a Google review. This is one of the best Domino’s I have used over my lifetime as well as during our family’s travels. Thanks, Domino’s!

Ordered several pizzas from here today. When I arrived to pick them up the gentleman who rang me up and boxed my pizzas (who I believe was the delivery driver) was extremely friendly. The customer service was better than what I expected.

I seldom have any issues with this Dominos location. They occasionally get lost when delivering, and frequently the pizzas are a little soupy, so I’ve started ordering them week done. I do want to talk about delivery costs though… How do you get off adding $1 per item for a delivery order, then an additional $4.99 delivery fee? That’s really taking advantage of your customer, and definitely not appreciated!

The Domino’s on Challenger Ave. is excellent. Not going to lie, I’ve had excellent customer service however twice it was poor. And I never saw those employees again. I use the app a lot and it works perfectly. My orders are always correct.

I couldn’t even get a small cheese pizza with a 15$ gift card I got, and I could afford a whole meal for under 15$ at Lil Ceasars. If the price for a small cheese pizza (with tax) is anywhere over 12$ it is not worth wasting your money on unless you are somewhere where the pizza is worth the money.

Overall this location has GREAT service!! Occasionally, the drivers have forgotten an item, usually 2 liter drinks. The one time they got an item wrong, they offered to either credit us for the item, or make the proper one and deliver it (which is the option we chose and they did it in a very timely manner). All the drivers have been friendly and courteous. Making orders online has been simple, as the store will call us to let us know if an item is unavailable (such as the case where we ordered Garlic Knots and they were out of them at the time), and again offered to refund the item or substitute it.

Tried three different times to call the store to place the order. the last time, I had the speaker phone on and at the time of this review, I was 20 minutes holding for someone to answer. I finally ordered on line wich I was trying to avoid wo that I wasn’t tied up on the computer.
