I came in on 8/22/23 around 4 or 5 pm ordered large pep. And 1 honey barbecue and 1 buffalo. What moron came up with the idea of drizzling the sauce on the chicken is beyond me. The flavor really sucked. I will think twice ordering from this location again. I went in 8/23/23 5pm and they acted like it was no big deal. Wow.

Never again. I returned my tiny, untopped,, light as a feather pizza that I paid $28.00 for IMMEDIATELY. I haven’t come here in over a year bc I was so disappointed last time. There is a credit on my account that I never bothered to return for from a year ago. After today’s experience, I’ll truly never give them another chance. Just pass it by and go into town, you’ll be happier.

I order from this location and it has always been good, until the last 2 weeks. Both deliveries were cold. On top of that, my Parmesan bites were flat and greasy. I called to give the manager feedback and he sat there in silence. He never apologized. I wasn’t looking for free food either. I thought maybe they had new people. Horrible management and experience!

Ordered online and a couple minutes after the app said my pizza was ready I walked into the store. I was the only one in there along with 2 employees. I could see there was only 1 pizza box on the “done” shelf and figured it was mine. The guy working behind the counter at the oven asked what my name was and didn’t acknowledge it. He continued to box pizzas from the oven along with knots. I stood there over 5 minutes and he walked past the box that had my pizza in it twice. After he placed 3 other boxed pizzas on the done rack along with several knot bread boxes he reached and handed me mine. I asked why he couldn’t have given me my pizza when I came in and I told him he walked past it twice and didn’t offer to hand it to me. He told me he couldn’t stop production when I questioned him about it and he asked me to leave since I’d paid online. Bad bad customer service. He lost my families business for this Domino’s. He has no idea how to treat customers.

Ordered from here and was supposed to get cheesy marinara and this is what we received. Then the pizza came like this as well. Couldn’t even pull it apart and some of it was actually already torn apart. Called to get it fixed and got placed on hold and was told it was because the manager immediately got a headache and had to leave. The other manager I spoke too said she wanted us to bring the stuff back in so they can teach the employees where they went wrong. Obviously common sense would tell anyone that this is all wrong. I work in customer service and would never serve this to anyone. I wouldn’t even give this place one star.. but sadly I had to to leave this review. Hands down this is wrong and they lost our family business!

Order a large pizza told me 25 mins got there 10 min.s early and the pizza was ready I thought oh good , I live 4 mins away it was cold over cooked and greasy.sad I live out of town and I am her to take care of my niece after surgery and she was craving pizza so I got it .shocked how bad it was at home I have never got one bad.
