I placed an online order for carryout. Overall the meal was good, the pizza was a little dry and missing cheese in spots on the slices. I could tell that the pizza was freshly baked, and was ready within the timeframe quoted online. The staff was friendly and professional, restaurant appeared to be neat and clean.

There’s this really cute, hot, strong, sexy, lean, mean, green, Japanese, funny, hilarious, super cool more rad version of his past self named Aaron Tuzi. I mean that man keeps the whole place afloat! Horrible service. I placed an order thru the app which used an old number. I waited almost 30 minutes for my order until it was canceled without explanation. I called and asked if there was a way I could redo the order and forsake the refund but the manager didn’t even come to the phone.

Horrible Service! Called in on 11/5/22 only to be put on hold for 38 minutes.! Finally while on hold I decide to call on my sons phone. Wow. They answered and took my order at 8:45 pm. 10:10 pm gets here and no sight of my food. Called Domino’s again was put on hold. Sighhhhhhhhh. My order was lost, so they said they would remake it. An hour later guess what?! No food…. So at this time it’s 11:15pm. I call them and they say that my order forgot to be sent out with the driver, ughhhhhhh. I have been waiting for hours! Starving at work. So they say it will be to me in 20 minutes… so finally at 11:36 pm my order gets to me. It’s Cold, and it wasn’t even the correct order!!!! I can’t believe I had to pay.! No apologies or anything! I will never place another order here. I will choose Papa Johns from now on out!

3 stars to average out the good experiences with the bad. The pizzas are delicious. The online ordering frequently has errors, but today after online order problems, I called the order in and 20m later arrived at the store only to discover they had no record of the order. Additionally, I don’t think the coupons were being applied correctly, because over the phone my two-pizza order was going to be $19.99 but after reordering in the store since (I’m assuming) they didn’t put it in the system right I was told it would be over $30, so I ended up only buying one pizza. The whole thing put such a bad taste in my mouth figuratively that if the literal taste wasn’t as great as it was, we’d never go back.
