1 star only because you can’t leave a half. I ordered by phone you get a call center! I listened to the menus and pushed the buttons to speak with someone in the store. I ordered and went to pick it up only to find they didn’t make the pizza I said forget it. Decided to try again to give them a second chance, same thing didn’t make it! I decided to come back picked it up and took it home only to find very little of the topping I ordered. Some slices didn’t have any. I took it back and they offered to make another. I told them I’m not coming back a third time. I’m done refund for the pizza was issued. Not going back

I give them a 4 just because I rarely taste the garlic butter on the crust. Literally that is it though. Even when they only have 1 driver and 1 cook/cashier/baker.. they are fantastic. You may have to wait a little longer but they have excellent staff who are usually polite and don’t seem like they hate the job and/or life. They’ll keep you updated. Food is consistent in cost, flavor, and temperature and made exactly as we ask for the most part. My order was incorrect one time and I order almost weekly. Not their mistake. It’s was online so I am sure I was the one who screwed up. I want to say thank you South Wheeling crew!! You are great! From 1436 !!

Tried to order multiple times, put it in 3x and now they are closing waited 20 minutes trying to order over the phone and was waiting on someone to pick up the phone and it hung up, called again got an actual person asked for delivery said they aren’t doing pickups anymore told them I tried ordering 20 minutes ago and then when I was still talking she hung up.

Wensday is the best sale on pizza day .you really get a good deal on a Large pizza. There Philly stake and cheese don’t buy because your going to get very little meat and all cheese. They need to fix that .

Normally we love this place, but past 3 times we’ve ordered take out. The dough is very saturated in seasoning, in fact almost every dish is a little heavy handed on Italian and garlic seasoning. And even though there are different staff everytime I pick up dinner there. They are all great, attentive, and fast, along with great customer service. Corporate needs to ease up on seasoning for recipes though. Some of us just don’t have the stomach for 2 bags of garlic, and a gallon of Italian seasoning in pasta, and dough dishes alike.
