Normally I would give dominos a better rating but last night 04/13 who ever was working didn’t know how to season because it was very bland. Also some of the food was darker/cooked longer than it normally is. The food just didn’t taste very good at all.

We typically order from Domino’s at least once a week, and today’s order was a HUGE disappointment! No Feta OR Spinach in our Spinach & Feta breadsticks (it did have the mozzarella), and the Chicken Taco pizza I ordered had virtually NO flavor.

Do not order from here if you are hungry. I ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread and waited almost 3 hours to get it delivered to me. 1 hour of this was it sitting in prep. 2 hours to be delivered. The pizza was barely warm to the touch. When I call to check where my pizza was I get the same story “I am the only one here making pizza and I only have 1 driver.” They expect you to Tip the driver before your pizza is even delivered how are you suppose to know how much to Tip with service like this I feel the customers should be the one being Tipped for having to deal with this level of incompetence.

Pizza took over an hour to get here. After waiting I called it was still at the store. Showed up another 20 mins later. Had to heat up in the microwave to make warm. Pretty much left overs. Driver was trying to find the house which is relatively easy and when he showed up to park he slid about 2 feet he was driving up so fast. Other then that driver was friendly but quality of food was sub par for a almost $50 order.

Best dominos by far that I’ve ever ordered from that’s closest to me. I ordered and got delivery and my delivery driver was amazing…. I wish I would’ve caught her name but she was a great representation of the business as a driver. All though I don’t like the call center they connected me with sierra and she was so great. She was so positive and even though they were really busy she kept a great attitude through the whole transaction and helped me with all my questions. Got great workers who work in the follansbee store. Will keep ordering from here!

I ordered a medium 2 topping pan pizza with extra sauce and they deliver wrong Pizza I called complain about getting wrong Pizza they tell me they’ll send me another one then send me another one which then they proceeded to tell me to pay $18 for it which I just did for the wrong Pizza

Ordered pizza the other night. Do contactless delivery. Didn’t come and was wondering why. The tracker said delivered. Went to the porch to the apartment above the garage and there it was. Pizza was cold. I did a review and no response from them. Doubt anyone cares!! And like someone else said you tip before they deliver so you don’t have much choice in the tip. I’m done with Follansbee Dominoes

If you like cold pizza, waiting 2 hours for your food, and poor customer service then look no further than this place. My food got done at 6:30pm and didn’t get my food till after 8pm. But my food was done being made at 7. So they had it for over an hour before it got to my house.

They should hire somebody who can speak/understand English and/or has an IQ higher than 20 to answer the phone and take orders. Ordered some regular/thick crust pizzas and got some half cold nasty paper thin pizzas. Very Disappointing!!!
