Not very good at all our delivery tonight. We are very good customers always and always get delivery but do better Domino’s. All the toppings where in the middle literally and for a almost 20 dollar pizza this is pretty sorry and also forgotten our bacon topping. It was hollow around the edge and hard and could not eat it as u can see. When I called them they did say they’d make it right but I hope the next ones better. I’d personally wouldn’t have send a pizza to someone such as this. Review update!!!!…..The last 3 x I ordered pizza from them again it was better. I didn’t just get a messed up one time pizza before I had posted this previous review it had been an ongoing thing with items missing,wrong order,etc. We don’t order as much from them here in Town anymore.

Pizza was overall great. However when I looked at the Cinnamon twists they were all burned. I guess it’s time to check to make sure sides are not burned and edible. Always had a great experience here and hope the burned cinnamon twists doesn’t happen again. This place always has the best pizza in town.

Great service and tasty pizza. If there is any issue they fix. What else could you want? I wish the app wasn’t so sketchy and could remember my login but that’s not their fault… corporate drops the ball with that. But if you want the best pizza go pick it up from carry out window. Delivery is convenient but they don’t hire enough divers and the pizza suffers because of it. When I get carry out it’s so good I can’t leave the parking lot without eating it. Now I did try the loaded tots once… epic fail. Their commercials talk about soggy fries being bad, but when you dump things on tots guess what… the tots become mush. Update: the pizza has been spectacular but you can get a dud. It was… runny pizza. So they made a new one. Only lost 15 minutes of my time but they happily re-made it.

so unprofessional. called to place an order and was direclty placed on hold for 10mins ( not the first time, frequently happens when i try to call in an order over the phone) so i went to place an order in store and seen a manager vape and on their cell phone while i waited for my food in the lobby, not once did he wash hid hands after handling his vape and cell phone very unsanitary! and to add on top of that evertime i order a brownie a greasy piece of paper is always stuck to the bottom of my brownies!

I have been a customer for ten years. I do not know if this is new management or not but I ordered 58.00 worth of pizza at 811 tonight for delivery. They told me it would be a 45 min wait. At 945 I called and was told it would be delivered next. I called back 15 min later and was told it had not left the store and was third on list to be delivered. We ended up going after it. Because we picked it up she charged us again and said my credit card would be credited in three days. The pizza was ice cold. The manager was unprofessional and unapologetic. I will not be ordering from them again. The manager needs to be retrained in customer service skills.

Pizza was over all great, I ordered online and meant to order two pizzas, at the end of the order I was asked if I would like to upgrade my pizza from a medium to a large for 3$ more, I clicked yes but I guess that took the pizza of my order completely, when delivery guy arrived I notice I was missing a dressing and a pizza so I told them, later on I second guessed myself so I checked my receipt and after confirming that only one pizza went through I called the store to apologize and to see if I could reorder my pizza and to see if they could send the same guy so I could tip him an extra 10$ on top of the 11 I had already given him.

Imagine that every time you order a pizza within business hours they cancel it, because they don’t feel like doing something that takes 15 minutes within an hour, you know, work, like they’re paid to do. If this is how you operate, you won’t continue to for very long. I recommend Papa Johns

Order is never correct. When you pay for something, its expected to be there. No dipping sauces for any of my pizzas, no icing for my dessert, no marinara for my bread bites and no ranch for my wings. The past 3 times I’ve ordered from here, this has happened. Won’t be back.
