Very unsatisfied! I placed an order of six pizza’s for my son’s birthday. Out of the six two of them were burnt. I always order more pizza just in case I left both of them to the side to call the store later on keep in min my child comes first and we’re celebrating his birthday. I forget to call and called next day ased if I could speak to the manager a lady answers and she says” this is her” I explain my situation and my experience she gives me an attitude and says “well there’s nothing I can do you should have called yesterday we would have replaced them with a very rude attitude and I explained why I didn’t call she says well you should have come in! Excuse me?? Im celebrating my childs BIRTHDAY! I don’t care about the pizza I wasn’t even calling to get a new pizza but what truly set me on fire was the terrible customer service she provided if you don’t like your job look for another! I worked customer service for years and treat everyone just how I would like to be treated. Once you provide that service to me we’re done! Never ordering from this store again.

The customer service of this place is ridiculously unbelievable. I had an issue with my order and when I called the manager was was nice. When I saw that my replacement pizza wasn’t showing in my app after days later I called the store to find out why it wasn’t showing in my app. The man on the phone proceeded to tell me I was wrong because they don’t do credit and that I was calling the wrong dominos. I gave him my info and everything and after 2 minutes of arguing with me my replacement shows up in the system. He was extremely rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason considering I was speaking very nice and respectfully to him. I will no be buying from this domino’s restaurant again. I have never had an experience like this from ANY other domino’s.

Today’s experience was GREAT!!! All 3 pizzas ordered were made with love and care, Thanks Daisy! I also ordered loaded tots and cinnamon twists. The cinnamon twists were all that! When I look for a pizza night THIS WAS THE EPITOME! Thanks Jeffrey as well for an awesome delivery experience! Sorry no pictures only empty boxes…

TERRIBLE! I had a reward for a free pizza and the online system was down and they did not even try to compensate or offer anything until the police got called they gave a free pizza card which they could have gave from the start!! I recorded this experience and posted PUBLIC on every social media!!

Pizza is usually pretty good here. Carry-out service is usually okay. I pay online, so my interaction with the staff is very limited. But they usually seem friendly enough. Any time I get delivery, I’m usually happy as long as my pizza is still hot when it arrives.
