Best pizza ever! We were ordering through the Oak Ridge store but recently moved, and now Domino’s doesn’t deliver to my new address. We tried Pizza Hut and Papa John’s because they will deliver here, but it doesn’t compare at all. We ordered today through the South Main st. store, and I picked it up. Not only did I save $8 on delivery fees and tip. But the Pizza was exactly as ordered and delicious!

This is by far the worst experience I have had. I ordered a large cheese pizza with EXTRA cheese. I didn’t even get the regular amount of cheese. There are many places that obviously do not have cheese on them. It was not hot and certainly didn’t taste fresh. According to the tracker my order was delivered about 20/25 mins after the driver left the store. This is absolutely ridiculous!

They have that stupid call center now. The call center lady dodged the issue when I brought it up. I brought it up because I ordered delivery and wanted to make sure the driver didn’t ring the doorbell because the dogs would wake my roommate. Lady said the driver might not see the note. The driver didn’t and woke my roommate, and made excuses. I guess I’ll have to download that stupid app to avoid this, but I’ll probably never order from here again

Ordering was fine, customer service at the store was super, the pizza was fair but the wings were almost inedible. If they want to sell wings they need to do two things, serve bigger wings, the ones I got were tiny and they need to deep fry them. When I got them home they were like pudding on bone. I’ll NEVER order anything from Dominos again.

Yeah call Domino’s and on hold for two minutes then black gentleman answered the phone and I’m not racist I said can you hold for a second and I said yes sir drove from Aar Roofing to the Kernersville dominoes store total of 15 minutes and some odd seconds I walk in and say yeah Yall still got me on hold I look down at the counter the phone is sitting there off the hook and the black gentleman Looks at me and asked me what I need I say I bet you hang out phone up it’ll hang up right here on my phone and sure enough it did so I place my order I should be about 15 minutes, so I’m sitting out here in the parking lot waiting when it could have been ready when I arrived here at the store

They didn’t get my order anywhere close to right. I ordered 1 large hand tossed cheese pizza, 1 large thin crust pepperoni and banana pepper pizza, 1 large hand tossed pepperoni pizza, one order of cheesy bread and I paid .75 extra so we could have 2 marinara sauce. I RECEIVED, 1 large thin crust pepperoni and banana pepper pizza (correct), 1 large THIN CRUST PEPPERONI PIZZA (it was supposed to be hand tossed) 1 large hand tossed PEPPERONI PIZZA (IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CHEESE) and no extra marinara. My husband had to ask for the one we got. Our order was not ready because they said they had to “remake” it. Dang, you can’t even “remake” it right…. Terrible
