I always have good experiences at this location, foods always fresh and good. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I don’t know their names but I wanna shout-out the two that waited for us to pick up our pizza. PSA they do close at 11pm (Wednesday) and I thought they closed at 12, just wanted to say thank you to them staying.

Our family has purchased pizza from this location for years but, in the past six months, the service and quality of food has massively declined. For the fourth time within a six month period I received pizza with sausage toppings when it was not supposed to have sausage. There are members of our family who refrain from eating sausage due to being vegetarian or for religious reasons. After the second time this happened I felt it necessary to call to inform them of this error. I received only a very rude and abrupt response and the team member actually complained to me that I should not expect a refund for something like this issue. To be clear, I didn’t expect a refund but I did expect basic customer service. I received none of this and when it happened again recently I asked to speak to a manager but no one even bothered to return my call. I will not be using them in the future and I would advise anyone who wants to receive an accurate order, or even to be treated with a small amount of courteousness, to look elsewhere! It’s disappointing to see how much this location has declined.

7-19-23 Received a prank phone call from two guys at 7:18 pm. Call lasted 9 min. 40 sec. The one guy had, or faked an accent. They said awful things. I tried calling today 7-20-23 before they opened to speak with the manager and got hung up on. I hope the owner will try to see why this happened.

The Best Pro Expediter
The Service was fantastic and fast, the insiders were nice and knew what they were doing. The GM was EXQUISITE and very fast at taking care of any probelem the customer had. The pizza i got look fantastic the managers are training the kids in there really good and props to who made my pizza one of the best around. When I went into the store it was the cleanest ever and they had some really good jams playing too 10/10 best dominos

I never have a problem with my pizza getting delivered. That’s what happens when you tip good. No drivers wants to hear I appreciate you by giving no tip. Yea tips not mandatory but they technically are using their car and gas. To show you really appreciate the drivers tip them. If you can afford a 30 dollar order can tip the driver

The last 3 pizzas I have ordered from there have been terrible. Usually the dough is raw in the center but tonight I got burned hairs on the crust! Disgusting! The manager said they aren’t required to wear beard or hair nets. So that would possibly happen from time to time. I will NOT be going back to this location again.

Last year we never had a problem. The last few orders here have been horrible. One night the “computers” were down. Took over 3 hours for my food. The next time I received the text alert my food was ready, arrived at the store and it was not ready. Had to wait another 15 minutes in the store then the order was wrong. It’s a bunch of kids that have no idea what’s going on. They stand around doing nothing and an older man runs around frantically doing little to nothing. I wish we had more pizza options in the area or better management here! Figure it out Dominos.
