I am a big fan of domino’s. Just bring this incident to you. Sunday July 17 I Wan at the Carrboro location to place the order the time is around 12.00 oclcok the staff cam out and said store pickup is closed. I need the place the order online or call.tried to place online it’s says schedule the order for next day. Called the store but Noone pickup the phone. So please post the hours properly. The poster says the closing time is 2 oclcok.

If I could give negative Stars I would. I called this location yesterday to place an order for pickup today for 20 pizzas. The guy took my order along with my credit card information but never put it in the system. So I go to pick up my 20 pizzas today and they don’t know what I’m talking about. Where’s my credit card information, written on a piece of paper and someone’s desk? Why was the order never placed? Why would you have only one worker with no Management in the store? Now me and my crew of 38 are starving today because this location don’t know what the hell they’re doing.

Doesn’t get much worse than this location. Took an hour and a half to let me know they’d canceled my order. If you weren’t going to fulfill the order (which is a regular occurrence), could’ve canceled it as soon as it was placed instead of wasting my time. Horrible service.

The manager was absolutely disrespectful. Worst dominos experience from this specific location. They have no value for customer service or satisfaction. Our pizza had cross contamination and the other pizza was plain incorrect. Instead of apologizing and making a new one, we received attitude and heard “it all comes from the same place, it doesn’t matter if it’s cross contaminated or not”. “All of our pizzas are like that”. Manager should have been more respectful towards dietary restrictions, limitations and expectations as a customer. I have informed and escalated to Dominoes upper manager and higher executives to let them know that the manager working at this specific dominoes needs to be removed from his job. No customer deserves to be treated this way especially when they are hungry and received a incorrect order.

Amazing staff! They can throw some pies, now! I’ve Never had one complaint whether dine-in or carry-out. Looking to try something new? Stuck on what toppings you want this time around? Ask for some suggestions! Had an amazing barbeque grilled chicken pizza I would have never, in a million years, thought of. WORST SERVICE AND DOMINOS EVER. I ordered ONE pizza and they posted that they were preparing and baking it but it never got delivered an hour and a half later and it’s cancelled. Literally the worst dominos i’ve ever seen. I called more than once and they never answered.

not a good placed a order for delivery and it came to 28.19 and a gave a 3 dollar tip for driver my math says its a total of 31.19and they took 34.19off my debit card i called and they told me there was nothing they could do so everyone if you pay with card make sure u check your statement they r crooks. will never order there again .
