Beware the “Customize Pizza” option when ordering on the website. This location does NOT make customized orders very well at all. More than half the time, they screw this up. Example: tonight, I ordered the “Exxtravaganza” pizza, but asked to have the vegetables left off of HALF the pizza. Well, they left it off of the WHOLE pizza. My customized order has been screwed up at least 5 or 6 times in the past year. Very unreliable. Additionally, do NOT trust the “estimated time” on weekends, as it’s laughably inaccurate.

This is absolutely the worse Domino’s I’ve ever dealt with. The unprofessional nature of the management is unbelievable. The old products they are willing to serve the public is disgusting. Their variety is limited compared to other surrounding franchises. And their GM is one of the most incompetent I’ve ever seen. I would NEVER eat there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else do so.

Customer service is everything. I had originally wanted to call in an order but unfortunately I was on hold for almost 15 minutes. When I arrived the phone was still ringing and the two short-staffed employees weren’t even answering the phone. It took almost 2 minutes for an employee to acknowledge and ask for my order all the while the phone was ringing. I finally said “that is me on the phone and I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes.” The employee shrugged and didn’t even apologize. All they said was they were short-staffed. They took my order and unfortunately got the order wrong. I called back to complain to a manager and I did not speak to a manager but another employee. They offered to refire the pizza and I went back up there. They said it would be very quick and it would be pushed to the front of the line but when I got there I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to acknowledge me. The pizza was cold by that time. I normally don’t have problems with this Domino’s but in this particular instance this was a very negative experience.

They’re always on point except for the one time they forgot our 2 liter drink and I didn’t bother with complaining about that. We order from them twice a month or more. They’re 90% faster than the estimated time and the delivery is always prompt and employee’s are always super nice. The food orders are never wrong or smashed. Nothing but good things to say about this location. Great Job!

Thank you Howard and the nice guy who delivered my pizza today. Excellent customer service , and fast delivery. I ordered my pepperoni pizza and the order looked great and service was quick but it was the wrong order (wanted pan made not hand made pizza). Shortly contacted the establishment again and they were kind enough to bring me the right order at no charge. Really made my day and the kindness was really appreciated. Super sweet ! Thanks Howard!

I know they’re short staffed, and Sunday evenings are probably really busy, but the estimated delivery time needs to reflect reality. Had I known the wait time would likely be 90 minutes+ (instead of the 35 minutes shown), I wouldn’t have ordered.
