I arrived around 7:45pm to pick up a pizza order my brother placed for his small birthday party. My brother placed the order via Dominos app. It was 4 medium two topping pizzas. When I walked it, I was promptly greeted by a staff person who asked how would they help me.

I ordered online for carryout, 3 large pizzas, and 8 piece hot wings. The store was very clean, and customer service was excellent. I ordered on the app, it took them 15-20 minutes to complete my order. They were done early based on the time the order tracker told me it would be done. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely come back here.

The team members at this Domino’s location are rockstars! We order from this store semi-regularly and there has never been an issue. Carside pickup or delivery, they are always prompt with a piping hot pizza. I’ve had a number of positive, friendly interactions with the people working here and you can always trust them to handle your food the right way.

We ordered a pizza at 8pm and noticed that no progress had been made at 8:45pm. We called and spoke to an incredibly rude (and what would turn out to be incompetent) person named Michelle. She said that the pizza was being made and hung up on us. Fast forward 45 minutes and we had a notification that the pizza was cancelled and we were told this was due to a lack of delivery drivers. Michelle should have informed us of this when we spoke at 8:45pm and we could have ordered somewhere else. This was handled incredibly unprofessionally and Michelle has no business speaking to any customers.

EXTREMELY slow service. Pizza tracker gets stuck on prepping and never moves for 1+ hours. This was ordering during lunch time, and i can’t imagine there is a ton of delivery orders at 11:30.

I ordered a delivery from here and it has been an hour and my pizza hasn’t even been cooked. They said they were busy but an hour and it not even being cooked is ridiculous. And when I call to say something about it he had a terrible attitude like my issue wasn’t relevant to him. I have never had a problem with the one on 42 but this is ridiculous and I will not order from here anymore.

I just ordered two medium pizzas, two chicken Alfredo pastas and the I received by delivery is dried and out and needless to say not fit for anyone to consume. I tried calling the store to voice my concerns and someone keeps disconnecting the line.

Absolutely ridiculous staff and management at this location. All my business will go to Papa John’s from this day forward. Apparently you have to order your food in person through a microphone that’s connected to the glass. I’m partially deaf and have a extremely hard time hearing. When I leaned to the glass to communicate to the lady that was taking my order, she insisted that I had to order through the microphone! Drove directly over to Papa John’s walked inside no glass, no microphone ordered in five seconds. Pizza was hot, fresh and ready within 15 minutes or less. What can I say dominoes you stink… I would rather pay more per pizza, then deal with absent minded people. In the long run, Papa John’s was actually more affordable double win for me!!!

Awful customer experience for sub par food. We have attempted multiple times, months apart to order from this location and have yet to actually receive our food. Both times tried to call the store only to get a busy tone after waiting almost 2 hours for our order. Based on other reviews, seems like there is a serious management problem that needs addressing. Being short staffed here and there is one thing, but it being so consistent is a management and corporate issue. Do better, Dominoes. I’d rather pay more to a local place that will actually provide the food I order.

10/22/22 get home after picking up my order and bite into the deep dish only to discover the dough is not cooked..literally so undercooked the dough is still gummy…in other words it’s is RAW. So I call and request a refund and offer to send pictures via text or email after over hearing the manager say to the employee who took my call there is no way it could be raw. Said manager then gets on the phone and attempts to argue me down that it is raw, claims to be the general manager and offers to remake it if I bring it in and show him. Utterly ridiculous to expect that and to insinuate your customer is a liar and tell them how long you have been cooking pizzas! I’ll file a claim with my credit card company & note the picture of this raw pizza
