I ordered wings with hot buffalo sauce and when I received them it was tater tots with buffalo sauce, I called and asked them to fix the situation and they said they would send the correct order. When the second order came it was ANOTHER order of tots with wing sauce. So I called again and spoke to management, the manager on duty was Stevie, when I explained the situation she was quick to dismiss my claim and told me that’s what I had ordered even though I had a receipt showing different. I asked her if I could at least pay the difference and get what I had actually ordered and paid for which, the difference was “$2.00 she said no and refused to help me, and instead gave me the # of her manager “Mike” whom I have yet to hear from. I asked her if this was how they built repeat business and she said she didn’t care. I will never be ordering from this location again!

I’ve lived in the area for awhile now and never had a big problem with dominos. I’ve called before with minor issue and it was never a problem to either replace or some type of coupon. But BABY maybe it’s something in the water but tonight it seemed like everyone hated their job. First off wasn’t gonna complain cause I did ask for the delivery driver to knock but I sure ask heck ain’t ask for SWAT. As I stated before not a huge deal I did ask for it after all but what I can’t stomach is the fact that when I called about my wings being “raw” aka cold on the inside with barely a drizzle of the hot wing sauce ( I would of had more if I paid an extra 50 cent for the packet) but the fact that the manager lied to my face stating that their is a “WELL DONE” option for wings which is a LIE. EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL ONCE THEY UPDATED THE SITE. I’m no longer able to tell the store direct directions like bake my wings twice if cold wings is the standard and blaming the customer like I was the one who sent chicken out the store yellow not brown. Never again I’d rather cook myself then chance and get salmonella.

I have been a customer of this store for many years and have always used delivery.I have had some minor issues but nothing major until today. I had a delivery driver sit my order on the porch and didn’t knock on my door which has never happened even since Corona. When we called the store the employee was very rude. When we found the food it was smashed and had flies in the box because apparently they sent a text that we never received. I took the pizzas to the store to show the condition that they were in and they refused to remake the order or refund my money. The gentleman shoved the pizzas on the ground and said he would call the police on me because I demanded a refund. I searched and found the store owners number and spoke with him while the police stood next to me and he had no idea he was on speaker. He was rude and accused me of constantly complaining about pizzas to get them for free and demanded I be banned from the property when I have never even been up to the store.

Last time I ever order from this place. I have had “choppy” quality but nothing like this. I asked for “light” cheese like I generally do and they have GOT to be kidding – there was NO cheese on this pizza… and they don’t care. The excuse? That during rush hour, they have no way of cooking at half to make sure they cheese doesn’t burn and that it doesn’t dry out. This pizza was like a piece of cardboard and was ultimately tossed in the trash. They don’t want to make it right either. I really thought this place had their act together after my last order.. boy was I wrong.

I had to share my first experience at this location! The service was excellent the staff was so nice. The store is soooo clean first thing I noticed! The food was delicious! And I made a compliment to the manager and he gave us cinna sticks on the house! I highly recommend this store! Five stars

Foods bad… i live here and this location is 1.7 miles from my house and they still serve bad food at a high price 27 dollars for 2 medium items delivered 2 hours later. I paid 27.63 for what was in this picture. I also had cheese sticks put no marinare and a 2 liter of coke. The 2 liter was the best part of the meal.

Would be better if I had a option to deliver to my house. Each time I have asked I’m am told they don’t deliver in my area but that a lie because I see the delivery cars go pass my road all the time. And also I could get delivery at my previous address that it right down the road. Some of the worker are straight up rude to the customers and to their own co workers. I get if you are having a bad day. But it’s the same worker every time I go in.

99% of the time pizza (crust, sauce, pizza, timing is spot on.) To my fault, when I had a small issue it wasn’t enough to bring up, small things desirable on my end, as the rest was good. So… overall great score. Son loves thier pizza and the whole watching on phone process. He went in inside the building and they gave him 1$ tip. It was a few young adult men working. Same faces I see.. and they are so kind and patient, as usual, as he learning to be a big boy getting his own pizza inside! Grateful t for speedy service and just kind gentlemen getting an order out the door. My deliveries are spot on too! Thanks y’all!
