This location has plummeted and is shamefully bad on every parameter. We’ve hung on as customers for the longest of times, in spite of lousy service and delays, simply because the pizza has been good. That all changed last night when, after 90 minutes of waiting, we get served pizza that smells worse than it looks and 3 pizzas worth of pepperoni all ended up on 1 pizza while the other 2 pizzas didn’t get a single slice of pepperoni. All 3 were ordered with pepperoni. It’s as if the staff did it on purpose to discourage us from ordering again. Mission accomplished. As of today, we’ll be ordering from the Cary location even though we live next doors to the one in Holly Springs.

Today 8/17/2023 I ordered from this establishment . We spent 90.00 including tip on COLD PIZZA and wings. The food looked as if was reheated the cheese was cold and disgusting! I called to complain only to be left on hold for over 20mins. I hung up and here I am writing a review. Hopefully the manager will see it and manage store #8987 better, and NOT send out reheated and cold food. It’s not a good look! I’m pissed because 90.00 is a lot of money and to have food delivered this way is totally unacceptable! This store will NOT get my business anymore UNLESS you send me the same exact order and HOT! ORDER #349! I guess when you order online rather than in person….YOU GET SCREWED!

Ordered online for car-side delivery. Got to the store and clicked the Im Here button and app indicated order was cooking…waited… App indicated order was done…waited… At 442pm max careside delivery time… Ended up going inside…told the guy at the register and order was sitting on the racks…guy in the back said he didnt see the car… its a big red 4runner sitting 4 parking spaces down in a 10 spot lot ..no free pizza guarantee offer …. skimpy toppings on the 3 pizzas.(mine was italian sausage and mushrooms, shown)

Couldn’t get delivery so we went to pick up our food. 1st, we were not greeted when we entered but ok… whatever!! After about 2-3 mins standing there, one of the guys finally yelled out to the people in the back that” someone needs to come & take care of the customer”…still no communication from anyone to us. About 2 mins later someone finally comes from the back & instead of a ” hey, how y’all doing” or anything, we are just asked our name. He puts someone else’s order in front of us & we tell him it’s not ours. No problem…then he just walks off without saying a word to us and just leaves us standing there. About 2-3 mins later, someone finally tells us that it’ll be about 5 mins before ours is ready. During our time waiting we were just watching everyone working. Only 1 guy in the entire store was wearing gloves! Not one time did we ever see anyone washing their hands. The guy that was boxing up everyone’s food was touching EVERYTHING… without gloves or washing. He even picked up food that was dropped on the counter and put it back on the pizza!! During his time boxing up the food, he was touching everything around him including his face, hair, and all of the stuff around him!! Finally after 33 mins waiting on our food, it was ready. Still no interaction. Our food was put in front of us & pushed towards us like we were a bother with the words ” sorry for the wait” No thank you…come again… nothing!! Had I not had my daughter with me, things would have been a lot different!!!

I received my pizza, hot and fresh, very quickly! The driver was fantastic! And the pizza was actually very well made and super hot! But it was not made correctly, they delivered a hand tossed pizza, and I ordered thin crust. And that’s not really a big deal. But when I called back and spoke to the manager about getting a credit for the mistake, it did not go well. It was the worst service I’ve ever gotten from any Domino’s ever.

Ordered my pizza at 8:43pm and it didn’t get here until 10:15pm. We called the store to figure out if our order was being put through and waited for 30 minutes with no answer then hung up. Upon opening it, we found the most atrocious example of a pizza and it was missing some toppings. The sausage was underdone and the texture of an extra strength latex balloon. I don’t need a generic response saying to email someone so they can look into it further. This is not the only review like this so clearly this store is allowed to operate at this frequency with no repercussions. I strongly advise against ordering from this dumpster fire. If I could have left 0 stars I would have.

This location has polite people which is so awesome. The unfortunate reason for the one star review is this location took about 30 minutes longer than estimated to get my order to me. The worst part was that the only reason the wait was not longer was due to me reminding the staff to actually start making my pizza. I believe that this is unacceptable for any restaurant.

The manager Dakoda was amazing!!!! she was by herself(aside from the drivers) The computers were down, yet she took my order with a smile, while being on hold with help desk. She made my order and came back and helped the others in line patiently. Hands down the best customer service I have had in a while.

I was notified that my order was ready and drove to the store to pick it up. Once I arrived, I was told that it would be another 3-5 minutes before it would be ready. After waiting an additional 10 minutes inside, I asked another worker there about the status of my order, and she rudely brushed aside my concerns and went back to listening to music on her AirPods. Overall, it took an additional 15-20 minutes to receive my order. Avoid this location if you can.

Employees are friendly and apologetic but not to offer any refund or compensation next time is bad service. Three times in a row they have either forgot to make one of my items or had to remake a pizza they didn’t get close, person cutting called it out, not me. So I have had to wait and extra 20 minutes each time and all I get is a sorry.
