Gabby was a life saver. I made an order online for 6 pizzas. When i arrived I my order was canceled unknowingly. So Gabby made me 6 pizzas right then and there. I failed to mention these pizzas were for my daughters birthday. I hope Gabby is recognized for her hard work and dedication to your brand.

If I could leave a zero I would. This is why I stopped going to Dominos. Pizza over cooked both first and the remake. Did not ask my pizza to be cut in small squares. Sh ore concerned about how long it will take to remake than satisfying her customer. I only gave them another try because Papa John was closed. I will not make that mistake again. I will drive into zebulon or raleigh to find a papa john before going to Dominos again.

Stop in Domino’s Pizza after work yesterday and was greeted as soon as I entered which it’s always that way. A nice gentleman took my order, he didn’t mind looking at my order on my phone even offered savings on my order. It didn’t take long. The Pizza /wings were very good.

I have never had an experience like I did tonight…EVER!!! First, I placed a delivery order over the phone. I was going to pay with my card but their system was down So my husband drove 5 miles to the nearest ATM to get cash to pay the driver. About 15-20 minutes later, I get a call back saying that the food will be delivered in 2 1/2 hours (1:20AM)….REALLY???? Of course, my husband wasn’t pleased about that but I didn’t cancel the order. When the delivery guy finally got here, the pizza was burnt and it was the wrong one. My husband went to Dominos and the manager was the rudest!!!! First, she wouldn’t allow my husband to get the pizza and it was already made. She told the delivery driver he had to deliver it but then wouldn’t allow him to even GET the pizza. Then she tells the driver he had to deliver 2 other pizzas before he came back to our home. My husband was FURIOUS!!! We have a long drive in the morning and instead of us resting, we’re going through this mess this late at night. I commend the driver because he was trying to do his job and i could tell even he was getting frustrated. They can just keep the pizza. I’m going to bed. The manager really needs to be trained properly because her customer serviced skills are awful!!!!

Order was canceled by location an hour after placing order. App had stated that the order was in being quality checked for 30 minutes, and then the cancellation occurred. No phone call or alert to let us know. Until we manually checked again. Not the first issue we have had here. Avoid using this location for any sort of reliability.

Places an order at 5:30 ish (5:37pm) at 8:00 still had not delivered, called 3 times in between times and was told it was on the way. Went to the location at 8:15 since it was only less than 2 miles from my house. And the best answer I could get was “nothing”. No reason, no sorry, “we’ll cook a fresh one” nothing. I ordered again and left. They get 2 stars because the pizza was good.
