This is the 2nd time that I’ve ordered online for delivery and come to find out they didn’t have a delivery driver either time! That should be something that’s added to the site when a person hits the delivery icon. It takes 2 min to take my money but 2 weeks to refund! I still haven’t been refunded for my last transition where I was called to be told their driver went home early … That was 2 weeks ago. What!?!? Home early? Slowly declining in my book as a first choice when it comes take out …

Today, called at 6:59 p.m. and was asked if I could hold for just a minute. I said sure and was still on hold when I physically walked into the store at 7:22 p.m. after the drive from my home to place an order for 2 pizzas. Busy? A little, but it does not justify putting a customer on hold and forgetting to return to that call. When placing the order I asked about the wait time and was told 45 – 50 minutes. What????? The customer in front of me was told 15-20. Oh, my time was increased because I verbally made a complaint about being on hold for 23 minutes. Poor customer service when it comes to call in orders.

I just got my pizza for our supper. Thin crust cheese pizza and hand toss pepperoni.This is awful. I paid $30 with a tip. Cheese is burned, pizza is not cut, and you can hold it up without it falling apart.

Honestly I don’t know how this location is still open!!! They never get your order right, or your sauce you order so you don’t order delivery if you want what you paid for even when you go into the store they don’t have them or the drink you order. Not only that they never have pasta and wait almost 45 minutes after you order to let you know. The pizza are poorly prepared and cut like everyone there hate their job that we didn’t ask them to sign up for. Oh and let’s talk about how i order a philly cheesesteak 12/29/21 and they told me that next time I ordered I could get it due to them not having any mushrooms and other items need to make it (even though i said i would take it without mushrooms like i did the pizza). So when I asked for it on my next order they said that they couldn’t do it because the general manager didn’t approve it!!!!So they took my money and I got nothing in return for it. So if you really want pizza and you are in the area i would recommend you go to Pizza Hut, cause domino’s may have amazing pizza but that is only if you are eating at any location besides this one!!!!!!!

I don’t usually post reviews and this domino’s location is generally on point. But on a very not busy night (all 3 employees in the floor greeted me when I came in and there was one other pizza for pickup) , I picked up my small pizza and am pretty disappointed at what $16+ bought. The veggies were largely uncooked, the cheese was barely melted, and though I came home and reheated it under the broiler to remedy those issues, the dough is 2/3 uncooked and gummy. It’s just a sad sack pizza that did not live for long enough in the oven. They get an A for service (really it was almost all online but the greeting was warm) but not for baking a pizza or even including the garlic sauce I paid for but didn’t get.

Do not get your orders delivered, if you’re going to order from there pick it up. I got my order delivered and the driver did not give me my change (15.00) which I was going to give her a tip. Tried calling and they wouldn’t answer the phone. It’s not about the money it’s the principle, you shouldn’t just assume.

Terrible service. I placed a $36 order that was canceled not long after. It wouldn’t be as much a problem if I at least knew why but they didn’t even answer their phones when I called. I like dominoes and never had this problem before but this time idk what happened but oh well I’ll just buy from somewhere else.

I ordered at 7 pm tonight. I got a notification saying pizza was ready at 7:16pm. Went in and paid and stood in there till 7:48. A guy said your pizzas ready he’s just boxing it. Apparently it takes longer to box the pizza than it does to cook it. Worst part is I got home and went to get a slice of pizza and non of the cheese was melted. I had to put it back in my over when I got home. It’s currently 8:40 and still haven’t got to eat my pizza from where they didn’t cook it all the way and it’s in the oven…! On my second pizza it had pepperoni and sausage on one side and was suppose to have pepperoni and back on other half. Well I only got pepperoni and sausage.. no they were not short staff! They had 5 people in kitchen staff. This is the second time in last 2 months this has happened. I’d understand if my order was big but I always get two pizzas. And that’s it. They need new kitchen staff or new managers to train better. I bet this will be blamed on Covid-19 just like everything else is….
