The app said our pizzas were delivered when they weren’t. When I called the store, the manager complained to me about how busy they were and told me I was welcome to look at all the orders on the screen so I could understand why my order hadn’t showed up yet. When the pizza finally showed up, it was cooked and sliced unevenly.

Here I am with round two of poor customer service. Latia is a joke. She has no clue what she’s doing and the attitude is not needed. Waited over an hour for our order and knowing that they are “short staffed” we only live two min away so we drove up there to see if we could just grab it ourselves. Walk in to music so loud they asked me three times what I needed. When I explained what we were there for the girl got angry and said well to bad it just left. Which took at least twenty more minutes. Did I mention we live 2 min away. The delivery drive was nice and so was the gentleman behind the counter but whoa baby Latia needs to find another job bc this isn’t acceptable. Last time we waited over two hours for our food. And forget trying to call we called three times and when we pulled up to loud music I understand why they didn’t answer bc they can not hear it . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS.

Not necessarily this specific location but all dominos as a whole need to start paying their delivery drivers or something bc I’m ALWAYS waiting well over an hour every single time just for them to leave the store. Then after that there’s an even longer wait til the food gets there. It’s so bad.

Order online and food did take longer than expected so I drove up to the store to see what was taking so long. Meet the manager Greg he was very apologetic and polite. Even though the food was delayed Greg went the extra mile to provide professional customer service that you don’t not see anymore. If the food was on time this would be a 5 start review

This place is trash the cook has his baby mother and his child in there all day while he cooking baby running all through the back baby mama running in the back all around the food the driver look like he high delivers people’s food to the wrong address and then lie you have to inform them that you will call the police to verify that they’re under the influence for them to rectify the situation the owner never responds back I have sent an email I was charged with the delivery fee when I had to go back to the store to go pick up my food which they didn’t want to remake when they failed to deliver it to my house when I had evidence that it was not delivered to my house.

I’m giving them 5 stars. Not because they have exceptional service as most people might think. But because even when they mess up they always make it right. They are human and they have been dealing with staff shortages and other things. I remember I ordered pizza close to the super bowl and after waiting for 2 hours I called the store, the manager and entire staff had walked out and there was one person trying to run the entire store and make all the orders. Instead o canceling all of the orders (which would have been fair considering the circumstances) he was there trying to clean up the mess. I ended up picking up my order instead of having it delivered to make things easier. When they do good they do good but they make mistakes like any other business. The important thing is when they do, they always make it right. I will continue to order from them because of this. I have 5 hungry kids that love them some pizza. We need to remember everyone is human and subject to error. A little kindness goes a long way! Thanks for always doing your best and for making it right when you don’t.

Worse domino’s I’ve ever delete with. Don’t try to call to take care of an issue they will either never answer or hang up on you. If you order online and deliver it they will screw up the order. Then you will have to drive to the store to get it correct, again don’t try to call they will never answer. Oh, don’t try to order drinks there normally out. They will try to correct the issue by offering a big discount but remember the only way to get this discount is to call in and they never answer. Also when you go to the store to make the order you get total attitude that you’re getting a big discount on the order. Again, worse domino’s ever….
