I ordered a medium 2 topping pizza from Western Boulevard Store and it came burnt and tasted so weird that me and my wife experienced stomache after the same. I submitted online feedback and was told someone will reach out but it’s been a week and no one has followed-up. Worst customer service at this outlet. Try any other outlet other than this.

45 mintues on the phone to place and order pizza and wings. It didn’t take long to get the order it wasn’t hot at all and the blue hair delivery girl had an additude my husband gave her a 5 dollar tip and she rolled her eyes didn’t say ty or nothing just walked away. Then I looked at receit only to be shock how they charged a 4.99 delivery fee. Thats ridiculous. Needless we were in town over night and never plan to go back.

The cashier preponed my order (peak time as well ie Sat 03 25, 7 PM) as I’d arrived early- very efficient; the pizza was perfectly cooked (crust as well as toppings and cheese, per se)- this is very difficult to achieve, considering the number of toppings in an XL Extravaganzza…Keep it up…!

My orders are usually spot on ! But this particular night I received this for my specialty chicken. When I opened the box, the chicken was literally half the box. There were only 4 jalapeños && more pineapple than chicken. For me to pay 6.99 for this item it really was not worth it.

We ordered the cheese bread with bacon minus the jalapeño. We had to wait a while for it. It is Saturday nights so we went to pick it up. When I got home it is full of ham but not just ham, huge chunks of fat. Not even the meat part of the ham just chunks of fat. This isn’t a if that’s the way it comes. And what kinds of place uses huge chunks of fat. This is nasty and now I have lost my appetite to eat pulling huge chunks out of the now fat soaked cheese bread. Then I call back up there. Get stuck on hold for over three or four minutes and hung up on. Great job.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to say this: The wings at this location are the absolute WORST I’ve ever tasted! Why are they…gooey? And covered in so much sauce only to be tasteless?? Do NOT order chicken wings! Still giving 4 stars bc everything else is good and the service is good. But for the love of god, avoid their wings.
