Placed order yesterday afternoon on line for a 7 pm delivery for my autistic grandsons birthday party. At 7:40 my grandson is sitting outside with the drivers tip, no calls, no text messages, nothing! I call and the first lady put me on permanent hold, the second lady said they had magicallly just left with the pizzas, order number 225. I could also tell she reallllllly did not care one way or the other!

I went to this dominos to get 8 wings and steak and cheese tatots pizza. The wings were not done. And the tatos pizza looked too bad to eat. I returned it back on the same day. And request a refund. 24 hrs for refund. Order takened on 3/22/23. Did not receive a refund. Called on 4/2/23. About no refund, they got information said 24 hours. Should be back on 4/3/23. Their first and last impression for me will be my forever last impression. Will never ever come back. Not a good place to eat from. Food looks awful.

Just had a coworker pick up lunch, we shared a pepperoni pizza and I had the chicken bites with Jalapeño and Pineapple. It was amazing! I am calling them now to tell them so…One of the best fast food lunches I have had in a very long time!

Top notch dominos that hits every achievement of a good chain pizza shop: fast as lightening, affordable as hell, damned delicious, and to top it all off the in store staff are friendly and kind. You always worry when you move if your easy fast staples are going to take a cut in quality but this Dominos store is a cut above the rest and they all deserve raises.

Service just the worst. 1.5 hours (ordered at 5:30)tonight before my pizza even started baking. Competition in the area is just as busy with no such issues and they answer their phones unlike this location. If you go in to this franchise it’s total chaos, Leadership problem?

I would give them a -5 if I could. I live 1.1 miles away from this store. It took exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes to get the pizza delivered. It took 25 minutes just sitting in “quality control”. When it arrived it was cold, the cheese was cold. Because I did not want to wait another hour and twenty minutes for another one. Here is a picture of my Dominoes Pizza being put into my oven. Do yourself a favor Schiano’s is in the same shopping center, it is a better pizza and it will get to you faster. I will not make the same mistake twice.

It’s usually my go to dominos but the last two orders have taken an hour or more. Then it comes out undercooked because they don’t have the proper staffing that they end up rushing the orders. I also tried to put a review on their app but grays it out. Seems purposely.
