Messed up the cut of my pizza. He offered $5 off my next pizza but only for this store. I live in Raleigh I’m just out with as friend. He offered to remake it but I would have to bring the old one back. As someone who has barely eaten all day, I was already mad about the cut because of my OCD but the manager really didn’t seem to care. First and last time ordering there.

Very disappointed with the manager ( john) I doubt he is the manager he is super rude and was not helpful at all. I bought 3 large pizza two of them were thin they were super dry and didnt have any sauce. I called the store and the guy that i spoke to named John was very rude. I would never be back again. The owner needs to hire better people that care.

What happened to common decency and basic values? While eating here on Saturday evening (with no plates btw…they said they don’t have plates anymore, even though they have tables…anyhow), my family and I had to leave early. We’ve got 3 kids, 13, 12 and 9, and a female employee was cussing loud enough for everyone to hear it. Please train your staff to be more professional and use appropriate language, we don’t want to hear that kind of trash talk and we won’t be back.

Please don’t get the brooklyn style pizza. It is soggy and my pepperoni was under cooked. Making it terrible I just threw the whole pizza out. I was told that they will give me a $15 credit attached to my number next time I ordered. Welp, I just did and they told me it is not on file. So they just gave me some bulljive. I will never order or recommend dominos pizza to anyone ever again.

Just ordered dinner here tonight, and my wife found multiple pieces of hair in her cheese bread. The manager gave us a refund, but I’m never ordering from here again. There’s no coming back from something like this.

I believe it was the manager who greeted me once I walked in, food delicious as always but the cashier didn’t smile just stared me down like we were about to engage in battle maybe it was his personality but not everyone will laugh it off you gotta be welcoming and a little smile goes a long way (still tipped him tho) first time at this location still a nice, fast, first experience at this location with hot food.
