I’m giving 2 stars because the delivery guy named Vernon just delivered my food with an attitude. I opened the door and he was sitting on my porch. I said “hello” and he handed my receipt to me. He just sat there and ask if I was going to give him a tip. I said “no I can’t this time”. He gave me my food, told me his sister passed, and left. I’m sorry to hear that but I don’t have tip money. Even if I did, that was a rude way to present yourself. He acted like he didn’t want to give me my food.

took well over 30 minutes AFTER the online app said that my order was ready to get my food. I checked my pizza before I left and it was already cold. I paid for it anyway and heated it up when I got home, but I’m still not happy at all. I should’ve asked for my money back. instead I probably just won’t be back

I purchase supper from this store at a minimum of once every single week. The app tells me the food is ready and I have waited 30 minutes inside for them to actually “have it ready” There’s too much clowning around, never seems to be enough help and poorly managed. I love Dominoes pizza and I love the conscience of the paying on the app but the service is so poor I may have to look elsewhere for pizza night!!!

Drove in to order a large pizza after driving over 8 hours. I specially order my large pizza and a small personal pizza. They got it 100% correct and the pizza was very delicious. It just helped to have a great meal after being on the road. Would definitely stop in again when I’m in town.

Ordered a pizza and it was wrong upon delivery. I called to report it and the employee told me that what I ordered was not on the ticket as I was looking at the ticket on my box. Then told me he saw where it said I had added something but needed to speak with management to see what they could do since they made it wrong but never came back to the phone. I call a second time he tells me the manager didnt see it on the ticket he just saw it on. I speak with the manager and she says they are going to send out my pizza in 20-30. Now here I stand at 6:16pm waiting for a pizza I orginally ordered at 4:44pm then again at 5:11pm. Not to mention this is second chance I gave after finding hair baked into my pizza once before.
