I placed an order about 30 minutes before they closed. Takes me about 8 minutes to get there and I walked in as soon as they put it on the rack. Couldn’t be happier with the quality and speed. Extremely clean place nothing is out of line. I’m for sure going to be back here in the future.

Given wrong order, promised store credit instead of a refund, and then denied the store credit later by the general manager, after refusing to acknowledge the very specific individual employee I spoke to. Very unprofessional and pretty bad at cutting pizza in the past anyway, now the trust is lost. I wouldn’t trust them to make my food, if I can’t trust them to keep their word. Lost my business after spending hundreds of dollars, being bad at customer service. There are plenty better pizza places in the area. Even better Dominos As this is definitely the worst one within 50 miles, not recommended.

Wings seem to be different small & soft wish they were crunchier. Last 2 times ive gotten the skin is chewy. They cost to much to be small an not dont taste good. I want order these for a while or maybe i want order anymore.

We have all ate Dominos throughout our life. The food is normally always the same. In my opinion it comes down to customer service that separates one Dominos to the next. It is my belief this Dominos is far more superior from any other I have dealt with in the past. I cannot say for sure the name of the female manager or the older gentleman that delivered my food but their customer service should definitely be recognized. Tonight I called before I decided to write my review to ask who the manager might have been. The gentleman on the phone said it was probably Ashley. Well thank you Ashley for not only making things right last week, not only for listening, being understanding and respectful but also for just doing what you do. You put the customer first without question. You never once second guessed a thing. You heard my first complaint, dealt with it and even handled the second just as professionally and respectfully as the first. You did not give any excuse. You stood up to the plate and corrected the issue. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience. I would also to thank the delivery man. He was a pure gentleman and went above and beyond. To anyone that reads this review I can assure you the original issue was nothing big, to me it’s the way it was handled. This particular Dominos location puts the customer first %100. If you like Dominos but have had bad experiences with others don’t be shy of this one. You work hard for your money and should smile after you treat yourself. This Dominos provided me with my smile. I felt really good after choosing them last week.

We have tried for two weeks to get pizza for the family, Every single time we have ordered a online order the last two week, they cancel it and then call and say they don’t have drivers for delivery which is fine I said I would come get it, then they proceed to tell me that there is 7 orders in front of me that I wouldn’t be able to do that. The second time we placed the order online and it got cancelled again saying they are too busy to make our order. I tried to order a pizza for a coworker just now and it got cancelled again. I’ve never had a problem with this location until this month.

Ordered 4 pizzas for pickup today at 2:30. They were for a birthday party. When I got there was told that they did not have my order, that part was fine but this next part really ticked me off. I aksed the guy who was working(an older man) what we should do and he said “I don’t know” in a very rude tone. So then I ask if I could have him make me the pizzas really quick and he says “I don’t have an order”. I told him I was reordering them by asking him to make them and he then said “No your not”!!!! So I left and went to Little Ceasers. Will not be doing business here EVER again!!!!!

This place never seems to not fail me. Every time I’ve made an order (aside from one made a week ago) its estimated to take 40ish minutes but ends up being over an hour. I have to call to see what’s going on to be told that they “only have one driver”. I understand everything is short staffed, but this is ridiculous. If you don’t have the staff then put a limit up so people stop ordering. Or call and let people know that it’s going to take a lot longer than the expected eta, especially since I waited over an hour to call and be told that it would be probably another hour with 3 orders still ahead of mine. I could have used that time to either go somewhere else or order from somewhere else. Either way, I’m done with this location.

This Domino’s is up the street from my job, they always get my order right, my food is always hot, they are always nice and I make sure to tip because they go the extra mile…definitely five stars!!!
