So many times I’ve ordered here always an issue. Last time I ordered I was told my order didn’t get delivered because the store was closed. The driver tried to call me and I didn’t answer. I wish I could put a screenshot on here oh I answered said hello 3 times and driver didn’t respond. The worst experience I ever had was a Fri 3 years ago I ordered from there and got the worst food poisoning ever how do I know it was from there is my daughter got it as well and I had just picked her up from Mom. I’m a single father that was all we ate together that day. Next morning we’re both throwing up sweating diarrhea laying in bed. Horrible place. Mr Ds pizza palace across the street it’s much better pizza anyway I suggest their for sure.

Listen, I am Thoroughly Pleased with the customer service that I received at the Mount Holly location. I happened to be visiting the area and needed a quick bite for the night. Mallory and Tori didn’t disappoint. I placed the order for a certain time, but arrived early. It wasn’t ready, which means that they actually follow your order time requests. AWESOME!!! I spoke with Tori at the window and she asked me to give her a few minutes. The pizza, service and Hospitality was top notch

Placed an order online on my phone, everyone was super nice. Employees were very loudly talking about video games. Not wearing gloves, handling pizza toppings. Leaving the line, then going back and not washing their hands. It took WAY too long to make four pizzas. they are stating they are under staffed, which i understand cause i have worked in the business before. But they wasted a-lot of unnecessary time.

Ordered a pizza to go carryout and got there at the time they told me. I walked into the door and up to the register and was standing there and the man behind the register totally ignored me and starting talking to a lady who was sitting there. I walked out and went thru the drive thru and was told they have 25 pizzas ahead of me and wouldnt even give me an estimated time that mine would b ready. I left and will never use Dominos again. Oh, and my pizza was a large $7.99 1 topping carryout and I ordered it with pepperoni which is 1 topping and they charged me and extra $2 bc they said cheese is a topping!

They stay BUSY!!! Employees are friendly. Food is good. Sometimes it is quicker to order when you get there, easier than having an app, taking up space for twice a month pizza.

Placed an order at 4:45pm and called store because tracking had my order as checking quality for 40 mins and was told the tracking isn’t correct all of the time. Was concerned our pizza was going to be cold when delivered. Waited a total of 2 hrs and driver called and said he couldn’t reach our house due to a parade. I ask for the order to be canceled and he said I would need to call the store. I called and wanted to know how long for my refund and girl was very curt and told me they couldn’t control the parade and then hung up on me. I called back because I wanted to know if I would receive an email confirmation for my refund and told her she hung up on me. She was not apologetic. I will not order from them again.

Look, I’ve never been a fan of Domino’s pizza so my expectations were barely out of the basement when I ordered online tonight. I was in it for cheap grub tbh. The online process was easy and coupons are front and center, which is nice. So I get a small pie with a soda combo for $10 and some change, carry out. When I arrive, I check the app and it had just been boxed, right on schedule. I walk in and two young men greet me as they continue their process of completing orders. Hustling, these two. Not in a way that looked panicked or rushed but orchestrated and without much verbal communication, other than with me. Already, I’m pleased with my dinner decision. Just like that, I’m back in the car and on my way. 3 min max inside. I open the box, grab a slice, and I can feel that this thing is perfectly well done (as requested) My mouth is watering as I fold it for maximum intake and take a bite. When I say this was the best pizza I’ve had in quite awhile, I’m talking Marcos, Hut, who tf ever else….this thing was spot on and as good (Marcos) or better than any other chain by a mile. Off the map! Obliterated! Pizza Who? Hut? Jabba? I was amazed. Granted, the bar was low but I know my delivery style pizza. I pulled in my drive with one lonely piece in the box. I finished it off before I stepped out of the car. Props to Domino’s and especially those two young men holding the store down tonight. It ain’t just the pizza, but the people that prepare it, that make the difference. Now, I might be dramatic, but I ain’t never lied about no pizza. Especially to google!
