Ordered a pizza at about Midnight 7/15/23. Delivery online estimated to be about 1 hour, that was fine. However when I attempted to call the store several times I never got a chance to speak with anyone after about 20 minutes of holding I hung up. I fell asleep at about 2:30am and when I woke up in the morning I got a missed call and text from the delivery driver. The pizza was delivered to the wrong address. I will be attempting to get a refund for this Order. I understand a store getting busy but I couldn’t even cancel my order due to the fact that no one at the store would pick up the phone.

With the exception of the 15min hold time listening to ads and then silence, everything else was spot on. I placed an order for carryout and attempted to make changes via phone because the app wasn’t allowing me. Arrived to the location and explained the situation and that I was currently on hold. The manager was very professional and apologetic. He immediately took action to correct my order all the while making me feel the that I was a valued customer. I was blown away. It was 40 minutes until close and he never wavered in his commitment to making this order right and to leave a positive impression. Hats off to him. Especially since post COVID the entire world is short staffed and it seems great customer service and valuing customers may be things of the past. I was really impressed and my wings, pasta, and marble brownie/cookie was the best I’ve ever eaten from Domino’s Pizza!

I ordered 2 pizzas. One deluxe and one extra sauce. Square cut, light cheese and one deluxe. It was 12:28 when I made the order. When I arrived at 12:43, I asked for another order but they declined it. I took the 2 pizza to the car and checked them. The exta sauce, light cheese, square cut was a light sauce, extra cheese, regular cut. When I told them, she just said thats light cheese. There is no way that was light and that was her response, taking bo responsibility that the order was made incorrectly. I’m never eating at that Doninos again.

So this is my second time ordering the pasta bowl from this location and somebody working there needs to be trained or just doesn’t care I didn’t say anything the first time I ordered the pasta primavera that had no chicken in it because it was hot and had all the other ingredients but this time I have chicken and bacon but nothing else. This location needs some quality control badly

The bone in wings were so tiny with hardly any meat and a bit mushy too. I do understand that there is a national shortage going on but that doesn’t mean that I expect this kind of wings. My Pizza was dry and not even the slightest bit warm. It would have been better if I had brought a frozen one from a grocery store.

The employees stand their on their phones in the area their making pizza, then go back to making pizza without washing hands, or gloves I should have just gotten My money back then. Get the food home and it was horrible!! Chicken was undercooked! Cheese bread was burnt and their Manager was very unprofessional! Go somewhere else oh and 92 is their grade!!

I ordered online some wings and pasta Alfredo with no chicken, well they got that part right except I barely had any pasta in my bowl and I didn’t have time to check it whe at the store because I picked it up on my way to work.
