1 Star for the kind & courteous young man working the counter! 0 Stars for my 2 burnt pizzas that had hardly any sauce @ all and not to mention the Pasta that had rubbery noodles and we’re not even in the slightest edible. I give credit where credit is due and try to always find the positives and show gratitude but this was by far the worst Dominos we have ever had and we order frequently from many states! Also after 2 attempts of calling store to talk to manager about my order and waiting 7 minutes the 1st time the phone was answered and hung up and 2nd unsuccessful attempt I ended call @ 14 minutes and no answer!

Made an online order and it got done quickly which I appreciated. Now to the bad, one of the drivers at this location assaulted me. Well he threw some food at my car as I had to avoid getting hit on the road and drove in the back of the vehicle as he decides to reverse. I was prepared to apologize as evidentially both driver and I almost had a collision. He decided to throw food at my vehicle. Called to get a refund. His behavior was definitely are uncalled for and left the children in my car scared. Pictures are after driving 10 minutes back home with still a few pieces of food on n my vehicle. Thank you to the other woman employee that attempted to take food off my vehicle and apologizing upon his behalf. And thank you Zane for refunding my order. The action of your employee is uncalled for.

I usually get delivery. The food is always fresh but on today the driver gave our order to another resident and it takes another 45 minutes to an hour and my children are hungry and crying I deserve a refund and some points towards a free pizza we order all the time and are rewards members we are highly upset and now someone else is eating my children food for free. Not fair at all I think we will just stop ordering for a while no one has money to give away these days!!! The driver should be held responsible because they didn’t double check or see card or get signatures oh well hungry kids don’t matter to some people!!!!!

I was refused service. I ordered for delivery went to take a shower come back to a missed call no voicemail. I call back and spend 30 minutes in an automated system to get transferred to the store. I said I had a missed call from them gave them my order number and they said they do not deliver to my neighborhood after 7pm even though I am 2.3 miles from them. I politely asked why and they stated that they did not know it was on a list of places they do not deliver but no answer as to why just they were not going to deliver. Trust me I can and do walk through my neighborhood after 7pm all the time and never had an issue. I can not say I would do the same at the corner of 36th st and the plaza where this store is located. Thanks for saving me fifty bucks and not having to witness your ineptness in person.
