DO NOT place an order from this store if you’re not glued to your phone AND live in a certain area. They will cancel your order AND tie up your funds if you do not answer their call, 5 minutes after ordering. Manager Victoria will hang up and offer no apologies. Gems for people who work from home…dont get lunch from here

Ordered a pizza. Waited about an hour and then got a text your driver James is pulling up soon. Immediately went down from my apartment to the street so that the driver wont have to wait. Waited about 20 minutes until I saw the order was delivered notification on the app. But it was never delivered to me. The driver never tried to call me or anything. Called the store, and the guy was horrible. I wish I asked his name. He just hung up on me before I could finish. Worst experience ever.

I was waiting in the drive through window to pick up my order for god knows how long and I felt completely ignored. I saw my 2 boxes sitting on the shelf but nobody dlseemed to care……so I left. Customer service sucks.

I wanted to give them a 1 star, but guy made it up with a free two litter . I’ve been waiting in line since 9:18. It is now 10:48. My order said it would be ready at 9:37-9:47. I don’t know if they are all new or what was going on in there but they were constantly looking in boxes they already set down on the done shelf. Kept mixing up boxes and orders. They had to reapply sauce to one of my pizzas. The lady in the line in front of me went off on this guy. So I felt bad for him, I don’t blame her, but I felt bad for the guy. I’m not sure if there is supposed to be more than 3 people working but it was a mess.

My pizza was delivered to the wrong room so I had to wait an extra 35mins to receive it. Then when it got there you can tell it was a rush job because my brownies were super soft not totally cooked and the pizza was okay. Me and my daughter only ate a half of it, the rest of it got thrown in the trash on second day

Online order system isn’t working. Had to call the store to place an order. But they will not give the same deal on the app. Twenty nine dollars for 2 medium pizzas that should have been fourteen…. Doesn’t seem like the owner or management much cares… There are a ton of one star reviews

Very disappointed…ordered my favorite cheese dip and they accidentally put half the amount of cheese they where supposed to I called and they told me I pretty much can’t get what I ordered delivery unless I pay another delivery fee!! ….that is hustling someone. I’m sure that is not protocol!! I worked for Papa John’s for 2 years…and I order this all the time almost every day!!! Also my order was wrong a previous time and they brought me the correct order without me having to pay them twice for one thing I ordered???

I was very surprised I ordered 30 minutes right before closing , the pizza was amazing !! I got the extravaganza with extra cheese and extra sauce. The customer service was the best. Firm eye contact and soft skills from the worker.

If I could rate this experience at a zero I would . I often frequent this location and I’ve never had any issues before. I always order food for myself , husband and my five year old and we always make sure to get one extra pizza for lunch for work and school the next day we ordered two medium barbecue pizzas, and one medium pepperoni no issues with the first two pizzas we ate for dinner but when I open the second barbecue pizza for lunch the following day there was no barbecue on it. Can someone tell me what’s the point of getting a chicken barbecue pizza when it has no barbecue, furthermore, I called the store location after waiting on the phone for 10 minutes and when an employee finally answered she told me that they do not apply credits or fix orders if it’s the complaint is not made on the same of course I asked to speak to the manager and the stores manager. Mallory then told me the same thing when I asked her any questions, she said I deeply before answering as if my concern had no merit, or I had no right to feel frustrated that my pizza I was not made the right way. With issues such as this, the pizza is supposed to go through a quality check prior to being sent out. I had no thought to check it since my husband picked it up and we’ve never had any issues with them before I hate to see it, as it will be a great inconvenience to myself in the future, but we will no longer order from that location, and for good reason. I really hope that he can give Mallory some customer service training I understand policy is policy however, you don’t try to make the customer feel better about the situation by acting as if they’re feelings are unjustified, and the added rudeness just made the situation 10 times worse.
