This dominos location is very unprofessional. If someone calls to ask for an update on their order and to be greeted with a rude, obnoxious voice on the other end is not how a company like dominos should be conducting business. I order from here periodically and I’ve never had anyone answer the phone with such rudeness and disrespect in their voice. Management needs to re-evaluate who should answer the phones let alone take orders because a ghetto monotone just isn’t it.

The tacos were really good! My mojito was good, also. Nice ambience and my first visit. There’s only 2 things i didn’t like. The chairs at the bar are really uncomfortable, painful trying to through meal. And the brisket was stringy. Cut it right so we can eat it without all the meat coming out. But, i will be back, though. I’ll just sit at a table.

I have a sign on my door that clearly says do not ring the door bell as we have a newborn as well as dogs who will bark at the door. The sign has my phone number and says to “text me,” which he decides to call me twice. I don’t answer phone numbers I do not know because I don’t like spam. He then proceeds to RING THE DOORBELL at 8 at night when we just got the baby down, the dogs start barking and wake her up and he then continues to get an attitude with me saying “I called twice.” Absolutely ridiculous, not to mention my delivery instructions clearly say to leave the order at the door. Obviously the delivery driver doesn’t know how to read or just has no common decency to think through his actions. We have ordered from this location many times but I refuse to do so now if they employ people with this kind of attitude and disregard for customer satisfaction.
