I am not one to normally complain. I ordered food at shortly before 8pm. order indicated 8:45-9:05 delivery. I check in a few times it said at 8:03 person started preparing my order. I call at 8:50 after the status not changing. I wait 16 MINUTES and no one picks up. 9:00 they finally started cooking it. At 9:07 they are quality checking it. I understand delays and understaffing, but for the love of god this company needs better ways to communicate with those ordering food. Currently the food is estimated at 10:07pm now according to the map.

After we receive our order, we will never order from this location again. A few months ago, our order was messed up so bad that we got a store credit. We were told to call the store to redeem it. Well today, we’re trying to redeem it and the 1st time, my husband didn’t get to speak to an actual human before getting hung up on. The second time, he spoke to someone who claimed she was transferring the call and my husband was on hold for over 30 minutes and still, no order yet. It’s a Monday that isn’t a holiday, so what’s the excuse today?

I just placed an order at this location on the name of Lakshmi and when the order has arrived it was so worst that dough is completely uncooked and so fat with just the base burnt. I literally ate the toppings the three the slices since it is just the raw dough with very less sause and tasteless.. so far dominos is my fav pizza place but this location made me change my mind. Highly disappointed

Pizza seems to be fine prior to eating, but the service was slow at over an hour for pickup. They didn’t consider tossing numerous sauces in a bag for transporting. Sauces were thrown around the car during the drive home. ✌ better locations in the general vicinity.

Ordered at 8:49 and said approx delivery between 37-47 minutes. It’s 10:16 and still says order is being prepared. Nobody answers the phone so I can cancel my order. I’ll keep my business with Marco’s.

Placed a delivery order 1.5 hours ago… Still have yet to receive it. The original delivery time was supposed to be 1 hour ago. Don’t use understaffed as a excuse for poorly managing this restaurant. It’s inexcusable for an order to be over an hour late to a customer. I expect my order will be cold when I finally receive it…

Horrible customer service, delivery switched from 50 minutes to over 70. I called to see if I could pick it up instead of waiting, “yes come get it while it’s hot.” Jokes! It was the worst pizza and wings I have ever received from Domino’s. The manager heard my complaints, tucked his tail and had nothing to say. I could have at least received fresh food after waiting sooooo long. Never again!!

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but I had to tonight. I placed an online order tonight, for pick up, and the estimated time was 15 minutes. When I arrived, I went right in, and the man working was just about done boxing my order up (Talk about perfect timing!) For the few minutes I was inside, I noticed that there was no one else working. Just him. I asked him if he was doing everything by himself tonight, and he told me yes, that no one wants to work these days (very true, and very sad) Not only did he prepare, make, and box up my order ON TIME, it was exactly as I ordered. What a hardworking person, to run the entire place by himself. Im sure he doesn’t get paid enough, for the amount of work he has to do, and it’s actually quite sad that the company would put him in a position to even have to do that. I didn’t get your name, but thank you to the man that was working tonight 5/17/23 around 9:45pm. Your hard work didn’t go unnoticed. You’re amazing, and I hope blessings flow your way!

Don’t wast your time getting this location to deliver. They’re a constant disappointment with poor customer service, unacceptable delivery time for cold brown pizza. I wouldn’t feed this to an animal let alone my child this is disgusting . If you are understaff then stop being greedy and don’t accept deliver orders!!!
