I ordered my meal, about an hour and half later I called the store to see the status since it’s been stating on the dominoes app the foods been ready an hour ago. The store didn’t answer after 3-5 min, once he responds he puts me on hold, once the rep comes back I state I ordered my meal over an hour ago and I was just curious on the status, the response I receive was “ hold up let me talk to my boy” 10 seconds later “ he’s on his way now, you are the next order” and literally hangs up. The food arrives and it’s barely even warm at all, you can tell it was just sitting there. I won’t ever order from there and advise people to not order from there until there’s a whole customer service change there, this isn’t my first issue I’ve ever had with them

I am giving this review because at first the experience was bad because my pizza was delivered to the wrong house. I gave a review about it that went directly to the store on the app. The store manager called me directly and was amazing. I was surprised to receive the call. He was very apologetic and showed concern for my order, and I can truly appreciate that. So, for me the customer service is a plus and of course the pizza is always delicious. I am pleased.

They made me wait 2 hours for my order and they didn’t tell me. The delivery man was 3 minutes outside the store and when I called they told me that the car was overheated. They do not inform you or give you the option to decide if you still want your order or not. When I called, the one who answered me was rude and hung up the phone on me. It is humiliating to receive such a service despite the price they charge. The company should review its customer service policies and ensure that its branches implement them.
