Can’t comment on the food unfortunately…only the service. I called to place an order for a large 1 topping that was nearly 2x as much than another location. When I mentioned that the lady was rude saying “Well that’s what we got.” I was just convinced she wasn’t trying to help me make place an order since she was so quick to dismiss what I said. I placed an order at the new Domino’s near Jack Britt for $8 and called it a day. I don’t really even care for the taste of Domino’s pizza, just didn’t want to pay more than $10 for a pizza and didn’t want to go to Lil Ceasers and wait because they are often packed and very slow. Domino’s don’t put enough cheese on their pizza and the cheese they use just isn’t cheesy enough.

I’ve never had an issue with this Domino’s location. The staff is friendly and the food is quick. When I do store pickup my pizza is always ready and always hot. Maybe it’s just this location but their “Pan”style is some of the best I’ve had.

Just ordered a Brooklyn style Large Ultimate Pepperoni and had ordered the left half with mushrooms. The pizza was good, some pieces weren’t sliced all the way through but the pizza was good. Didn’t take long from start to finish… but upset that there were absolutely no mushrooms on my pizza. Ordered it from the app, quick and easy. Just indifferent that the Brooklyn style was so thin but the cutter couldn’t cut all the way through and the pizza tore when trying to rip it apart and that there were no mushrooms.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas on November 28, 2021 at 530pm along with parm bites, cinnamon breadsticks, and a 2 liter coke. The parm bites and cinnamon breadsticks were okay but the 2 pizzas were horrible. We ordered 1 topping pizzas with Alfredo sauce. Not only were they cold, but they were overcooked and it tasted like we were eating cardboard.

USUALLY ,I do not have any issues with this location. I mainly use the app to order (because you get points and deals) , but last night the app was glitching, so I called my order in. My order was significantly higher when I called it in ,so I said , no ma’am that’s not the right price, did you maybe add double items? She reads it back to me and it’s the correct order ( which was $32, but she was telling me$41) . She then proceeded to say hmm let me see what I can do.. (wth does that mean anyway) then gives me ANOTHER amount that’s still incorrect. So I just say ok can you just put the order in and I’ll pay in store instead of paying with my card online or over the phone. To which her replies was very rudely “okay” and then hangs up. When I get to the store and go to pay I noticed it give you the option to add tips before checking out at 30%, 20% and other amounts. She was adding the highest amount of tip to my order first time and then she added another amount lower the second time . That’s how my total was getting different. It blew my mind . Now I know I can’t trust some of the employees and will not trust the location with my debit card.And to top all that off , the order was made wrong . Smh
