I have ordered from this Domino’s many times. It is usually good if you pick it up yourself. They have a drive thru pick up window. Delivery sometimes takes an hour. One time, my thin crust was burnt, but when I complained they made it up to me. The pasta and stuffed bread is also good.

I would have given a zero but that’s not an option. Let’s start by having me place an order with people who are not at the store but working from home. You can hear the television playing in the background, children playing and just a bunch of noise. Then they tell you they are having technical difficulties and will connect you to the actual store just for them to hang up on me. Not once, not twice but three times, never again will I go through all of that just to place an order. Don’t get me started on the website that’s what made me try to contact the actual store. My husband placed an order 3 hours prior to when he wanted it to arrive, placed around 5, wanted it around 8pm. And I understand things happen, but our order was 35 mins after 8pm. And all our pizza and the order of cheesy bread was room temp at best. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had with this location, guess I’ll have to go pick up at the other location from now on. This is ridiculous and my husband isn’t happy it’s football night.

I WAS a frequent customer here, but tonight I placed my order and waited almost 2 hours for my food. When the food finally arrived it was cold and I refused to pay. If this is the way Domino’s treats its customers I don’t understand how it has lasted this long. I was not offered any type of discount so the food was returned and my family’s pizza night was a disaster. The delivery guys name was Thomas and he allowed me to speak with his manager Richard. After all the food I have purchased there I never expected this. I would not want to know how first time buyers are treated. I am giving 1 star because I can’t give a negative star. I hope everyone reads this and thinks twice before wasting time with Domino’s. It’s best to drive to Pizza Hut.

I called several times this evening to place a big order for West Hoke Elementary. First I was put on hold for several minutes before someone finally hung up on me. Next, no one even bothered to answer. The third time, I was once again put on hold and hung up on. Finally got in touch with a person who once again put me on hold for several minutes, only to pick up and ask me if I’d call him back in a few minutes. After explaining what I’d been through trying to get someone on the phone, the guy was still extremely rude and said to me, “once again, I’m telling you to call me back because I’m in the middle of something”. We give that store a lot of business and it’s a shame we can’t even expect halfway decent customer service in return.

I ordered on line for pick up tonight. When I went in to get it thru the drive thru window, the new General manager was the one to cash me out. They were very busy tonight and my wait wasn’t long and the pizza was ready, hot and delicious on time. The manager was so friendly and made me feel important as a customer. you can tell he has a gift with customer service. Normally this location gives sub par service but tonight was different. Hopefully under his new management this location will be a great representation of your company.
