I’d like to commend my last delivery driver for her tenacity, forgot her name. I left a tip on an online order with an instruction to leave the order at the door. While being out back, she rang the doorbell several times and heard me in the backyard, calling out to me. Being a veteran delivery driver myself and not remembering if the tip was included in my order cost, I stopped her and wanted to make sure a tip was included. She showed a non itemized receipt, said oh if you want to leave a tip you can…. just sign anywhere. Sales 10/10. Integrity 1/10 Do better.

My experience at this Domino’s location was extremely disappointing. I placed an order online for pickup and, when picking up the pizza, realized there was almost no cheese on it. When i respectfully brought my concerns to the attention of the Domino’s GM, she reluctantly offered to remake the pizza. However, this was without acknowledging the inconvenience that they were causing me or offering an apology for their mistake. I waited another 15 mins for my pizza to be remade and upon arrival it had even less cheese than the 1st one. It is very apparent that they intentionally put less cheese on the pizza than the previous one and tried to hide it with the spinach topping (see pictures). This was purely done with the blatant intention to disrespect and spite me. I calmly and politely asked the GM for the owner’s name and it took me asking 7 times for her to give me his name. She kept repeating “I’m the GM”. I️ didn’t ask her name but she eventually told me that the owner’s name was John Rich. I plan on calling the Domino’s head quarters today and reporting the situation. Eat Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, or at any other restaurant. Don’t waste your money here.

I understand being short staffed in these times, however, rudeness I do not. My husband called 40 mins after I placed the order for an update and they said they had 1 driver. Ok fine, we get it, no problem. After 1 hour he called again and could hear someone in the background saying HE JUST STARTED our order. My husband POLITELY said to just cancel the order and was immediately hung up on. Really?! Last straw for this location.

Order is always right and delivery is usually very quick! Thanks guys 🙂 **update 12/27/22** I’ve been ordering from here for almost 4 years and I’ve only had 2 mistakes. Both time’s they rectified the situation with no problems. There is a new manager that’s awesome and very helpful (although I forget his name sorry) and Hailey, another manager, has gone above and beyond for us as well! Thanks domino’s team in Raeford! You’re always there when I just can’t find the energy to cook! Lol

Owner was unbelievably rude. Pasta was half empty staff are incompetent and could not figure out how to get the order correct even using their ticket which states exactly how to make the pizza then refused to accept the pizza that was incorrect so the owner could get out of giving a refund. I will be reaching out to corporate and will be letting them know how this location is representing their brand. The woman claiming to be the owner literally said when we informed her we would be reaching out to corporate that it didn’t matter because they would just make us deal with her again in 3 days.

Last time I ordered from this place it took them about an hour and a half to send the pizza out for delivery. It took them an hour alone just to check over the pizza after it was done baking(you can watch the progress on the site). Then it took a lil over 30 minutes to get delivered. The place is 8 minutes away, and there were no detours. So about 2 hours after I ordered it, it was finally delivered. After all of this waiting I open the box to see that they sent me the oldest pizza in the world. Took a bite, and tossed it. It was truly disgusting. Afterwards they sent me a free pizza offer, but if a pizza that I paid for, and was quality checked for an hour was that bad, I can only imagine how bad a free pizza would be. Never again.

My team had a big order of 15 large pizzas, which was for our second graders’ Christmas party. We originally ordered from Pizza Hut because it was closer. They then called us 10 minutes before our pick-up time to say that their ovens are broken. So, we quickly called Dominoes and had our entire order within 45 minutes. The lady we spoke to said she was working by herself and that she would try her best. She went above and beyond getting this order ready for our kiddos and she was so kind! I didn’t catch her name, but she was awesome. We are so thankful!!
