I’ve lived next to them for over a year, ordered at least a dozen times, never gotten a single order right, the first couple times was excusable, but I’m tired of having to call back with every order to tell them they messed it up. Every Brooklyn they turn into a hand tossed, they get the toppings wrong frequently and anytime I ask for marinara instead of regular sauce they just leave the sauce off completely.

If I could leave us no stars I would. I ordered two of their specially pizzas because they had a big sale. The pizza were bland and dried out. I guess you get what you pay for. I just want to give a shout out to this specific Dominos. I phoned the day before to place an order with payment to be made the following day. I did not realize the order had already been “entered” so on the day of, I placed and paid for my order on line. Imagine my dismay when I was told my order had not been paid for. My credit card showed it had. I sent my husband to clear things up and I actually had unknowingly placed two orders. The manager took care of the order made in error and did not request payment. My husband offered to pay but was told it had been taken care of. I appreciate the customer service here. It was no fault by the employee who “entered” the order nor mine. Again, we offered to pay and were told it had been taken care of. THIS TEAM IS AMAZING.

I was the first customer today. The white lady at the window had a attitude. She lied on my girl claiming, she had an attitude. I went inside to confront her. Her attitude continued. The white male in the back, had an attitude. The whole situation could’ve been avoided. It started off with the girl at the window, being rude. She need to be fired.

Straight up refused to take order. Even though they were accepting online orders. Called and told me they were refunding the money and to have a good night and hung up. They had over an hour of still being open.

Don’t order online from here, you’ll end up losing money. I ordered a pizza from here, and 10-15 mins later got an email saying my order was canceled. So, I ordered more food from somewhere else thinking IT WAS CANCELLED. It wasn’t. My mother paid for the order not knowing it was cancelled. So, I ended up paying for pizza I didn’t even want anymore plus more food because I didn’t think I was getting the pizza. Called the store and they couldn’t grasp the concept of what I was saying, therefore I received no partial or full refund. They said they received 2 orders so they canceled the first one, which is b.s. because I didn’t receive 2 confirmation emails nor did I order 2x. This has happened to me before, as well as my mother, but I was hoping it was just a glitch in the system. Extremely disappointed with customer service both times.

This is the absolute worst Dominos. We drive to pickup from other locations instead of ordering from here. Rude employees, LOTS of issues with orders, extremely long delivery time and never cooked correctly. Occasionally though… delivery is tempting and easy.
