Update. 6/11/23. It was surprisingly good! They finally started putting the toppings on the top, instead of mixed in the sauce under the cheese. The pepperoni was actually cooked and was nice and crispy, the crust was good, and it was delivered on time. Good on ya Domino’s!

My husband and I came to this dominos on august the 14th 2023 it was night time. We were on vacation so we are NOT familiar with this particular dominos. This dominos has a drive thru, but there are no signs saying one way. So I was confused about how to get out of the back of the parking lot, I went out the way I came in. I did not realize that they use the side of the building for a drive thru. I was making my way out of the parking lot onto the main road when I seen a dominos delivery man in a dark gray car. He waved me to go in front of him. ONLY to get out of his car, he starts waving at me to stop (here I was thinking something was wrong with my vehicle) so I roll my window down, he came up to my car JUST to tell me not to come that way around the building again. He was extremely rude!!!! and I found this unnecessary, acting like the parking lot police. I can only assume he was having a bad night, but no excuse to take it out on a someone in the parking lot. Needless to say we won’t be returning to this dominos again.

I walked in and ordered a takeout pizza tonight. There were a bunch of people working and they asked if I needed help in a timely manner. I placed my order and the clerk told me it would be about 7 minutes until it was ready. The pizza was in my hands exactly 7 minutes after he said it! Although that time was pretty quick overall, and on par with what the clerk, another employee apologized for any delay and said it would be up shortly. The pizza was delicious and, even though it took me roughly 30 minutes to start eating it (my fault), it was plenty warm.

I work at UNC love you, this is my favorite Domino’s I go there every single night for lunch or dinner before my shift and have got to know all of the staff members and they are absolutely wonderful and helpful and I’m excited to see all of them whenever I pull up to the window and they all yell “HEY ASHLEY:)” LOVE YOU GUYS!! 🙂

Sad how this customer service turned out. Ordered from this location for a long time. The m.o.d was very bad at customer service. Wouldn’t listen to what I was saying and only listened to what his associate what’s telling him. I told, Sean. I have a picture of the pizza and he still refused to listen.

Great establishment, the only thing they wouldn’t do is put raw dominos on my pizza. They’ll replace the dough with sauce if you want, they’ll make a pizza with root beer on it, in it and soaked with it if they had root beer, but they will not put raw dominos on the pizza. Anyways, the meat lovers pizza is super good, I recommend adding blue cheese and spinach.

The pizza was made quickly and it showed. My son is picky so I got his half plain and mine with toppings. The toppings were on 6 out of the 8 slices, and there wasn’t enough cheese on the plain cheese side. (I even used one of my toppings as extra cheese to ensure it would be cheesy enough) When I went to pick it up, he claimed I had 5 toppings. I only ordered 4, bacon, pepperoni, mushrooms and extra provolone cheese. Not sure how he added up 5. The pizza already comes with cheese, so extra cheese, pepperoni, bacon and mushrooms is considered 4 toppings. We’re human and make mistakes but dang don’t tell your customer they’re wrong when they aren’t.
